Got chicken tamales this morning and a hot drink for my wife. My wife is from Mexico and definitely knows what fresh made tamales are so do i. Hard dense masa tells it all. Not good.

I've had many many many homemade tamales representing all kinds of ways to make them. Get the puerco mole ones here. It's definitely about the meat quantity- so much meat! Also the masa is fairly fluffy and moist. My preference is to show up early. There can be a line on the weekends.

For the price (being so low ) I was expecting a small Lil tamales..... nope they were a very NICE size,very filling, seasoned perfectly!IT WAS PERFECT!!!! We loved them!!! Chicken or pork WE LOVED THEM ALLLLLLL!!! Thank you for such wonderful service and great food!!! Money well spent!!!
