Went in there was lots of people. We decided what we wanted while waiting, young lady behind the counter said to give her a min to get our order. Then another customer comes in, she walks to the register and takes his order... How that happen? I was like ummm yeah I think we were next. She was like oh give me one sec... Wow THEN she was like how can I help you, but come to find out she skip someone else. And was willing to have me wait to help them first ??♀️THEEEE AUDACITY. IF I ever come back it will be because of the sweet waffle maker lady and the waffle sundae

The ice cream is sooooo delicious here! I also love the vibe! The bubble waffle isn't as fluffy as I expected but it was sooo good the perfect vehicle for the ice cream
Quick "treat your self" stop after a 2 hour hike. Ordered at the outside window and service was super helpful and patient as it was our first visit looking at the menu. The Cookie Monster and Minty Cookie Twisties were amazing as was the Chocolate Milkshake. Gotta come back for the food! Looks like good amount of indoor and partially outdoor dining available too.

Walked in as a first-time customer. Ordered the Express banana and caramel with cookies and cream ice-cream waffle.Overall, the dessert was just okay. The waffle tasted thick and bland (lacking salt to their batter). The cookies and cream ice cream tasted like ice cream from Rite-aid. The bananas and caramel were the only thing that kept the dessert alive. Overall, it wasn’t too memorable. Presentation was good.Store atmosphere was clean and decorative. The customer service was fine. Wish someone would have greeted us when we came in though.

They make their waffles as you order so there is a delicious smell near the front door. They are clean and lots of variety. A single cone is big enough to share. My kid always orders the monster cookie waffle.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps up or down.

We stopped here one Summer day when we were looking for a cold treat. Waffles & Cream did not disappoint! There were so many ice cream flavors to choose from. Looking forward to stopping here again!

They was good when they first open, now I'm very disappointed. They don't make your shakes how they got it picture on the menu and they NEVER got whip cream, Then have the nerves to charge you 9.75. I would not be going back!

Amazing ice cream! It's my first time trying it today but won't be the last. I bought a specialty bubble waffle ice cream for myself (after my family had said they didn't want some). They all tried it and couldn't stop eating it. I had to go inside to buy a second one! Personnel was kind and fast getting my order ready. It's also a clean and pretty place. I'll be back. :)
