The food was acceptable, regular fast food fare. Good enough nothing to go on about. What stood out to me was the costumer service, they failed to upgrade a fry which was upgraded, and completely failed to give me a burrito from a meal. I didnt even hassle the fry upgrade. They went to the extent to send an employee to look at our table and assess whether I had received the proper items. She was no gum shoe detective and failed as miserably at that task as she does in the kitchen. I had ordered a total of 2 burritos. There was one wrapper for a burrito and she still managed to determine i wasn't shorted a burrito. That in itself is embarrassing and infuriating. The manager conducted her self as unprofessionaly as her crew. Even when i was given the item in question she was still acting like i was trying to rip the store off of a 4 dollar burrito. The lack of respect and lack of accountability will ensure i never eat at Del Taco in Ridgecrest, Ca again. I can sincerely say i would venture to eat a burrito of a truck stop bathroom floor before I support such a unprofessional institution.
Employees are very professional,and the food is amazing. They keep the restaurant very clean and organized. And service is very fast . No mess ups on my order and they are all so very friendly. They make you feel welcomed. I actually really enjoyed eating indoors. Thank you

It was my first time because I went to get my license there near the DMV and I went with my family to eat and I ordered 1 🌯 number 8 and a half a lot of stomach pain because before that I was fine 👍 the food didn't seem good to me

Me and my son came here to eat lunch, and there are only 2 people behind the counter and they are doing such a great job at pushing through each order in a timely manner, the cashier is even working multiple positions and doing so gracefully. Great job on being the only 2 keeping the restaurant going and rocking at it! These employees names are William and Caele.
