Based on the reviews, Ale's | Steakhouse & Bar has awesome staff and top tier service. The food is delicious and great. The filet mignon was a lot larger than expected, the size of two. The tri-tip was smaller than anticipated, but other steaks were pretty big and made to order to perfection. The Garlic Chicken & Mushrooms had great taste. The lemon herb chicken was a bit thin, but tasted great. A nicely sized ribeye with a side of lobster tail is available. There are six or eight beers on draft, a very good selection of bottled beers, and full bar cocktails. Everything is excellently priced. If visiting Ridgecrest, not to be missed.

Ale's Steakhouse & Bar has Fantastic food and my Daiquiri was 👌🏻
I had the corn poppers with Jalapeño ranch
Salmon with mushrooms and a baked potato with the works. Plus my server was perfect! Yes, Janelle is my daughter but she’s an amazing server! Come on out and get some great food!

A great spot with consistently good food on their menu, an always friendly staff, and a comfortable feel to it. They have a wide selection of sandwiches and burgers, as well as plenty of other options like fajitas that have always turned out delicious.
