My wife and I ate here while visiting Ridgecrest, and we were very impressed. The location is small, but don't let that fool you—the food is excellent. Midway Cafe is a pretty average spot overall. It’s a decent place to grab a quick breakfast or lunch, and the menu has the usual diner-style options—eggs, pancakes, burgers, sandwiches. We had breakfast in this typical American cafe. It was included in the package for our stay at the motel next door. Perfect to start the day: bread with butter and jam, bacon, eggs, shredded potatoes, and the possibility of adding a drink (not included).
