Saigon Flavor is an excellent spot in Ridgecrest if you are looking for a unique and flavorful blend of Thai and Vietnamese cuisines. They have a lot of vegan options on their menu, and the staff is incredibly helpful and easily accommodates plant-based modifications. I also really appreciate that they are very careful and clear about noting exactly which dishes contain nuts.

This is my go to restaurant everytime I visit ridgecrest, great food, excellent service. I've tried most of their dishes and never been disappointed!
