I ordered chow main noodles and it tasted like cardboard, not fresh and no sauce, the branch needs to come fire and hire people that wants to serve people good food. GOD

Was there about 4:20 in the afternoon. Was about to order walnut shrimp when another service worker came in scooped it up right in front of me before the guy that I was ordering from could even get a scoop. He said sorry it'll be 5 minutes to 10 minutes and they only had two or three entrees out there that were ready to go. Really kind of upset me the food wasn't ready and the drive-thru people were cutting in front of the locking people. Second time I've had a not so good experience. Just hope it's been timing and bad luck but they need extra help in there or something. Like I said the drive-through person cut in front of the person serving me and took the last of the walnut shrimp before I could even get any
Slowest panda ever, employees have no sense of urgency and don’t care. Multiple times I’ve been to this location and the employees have asked for help on the counter and it takes five minutes for a person to come out. Then you wait 30 minutes for a plate of orange chicken and rice during the rush wish they do not have ready and then they scimp on the portions.

I keep trying to give this location a chance because I like panda but the last FOUR times I have been to this store my order has taken 20-30 minutes after being told it would be a 5 minute wait. It's supposed to be fast food. I could go to a restaurant and get better quality food in less time. When you're in a hurry to do things and go through the drive through you shouldn't have to park and go in a HALF HOUR later to check on your order. If it was the first or even second time this happened I wouldn't be upset but this is a pattern of bad service. AND to top it off after waiting a half hour I have missing, incomplete and inaccurate items in my order. Panda express is a multi BILLION dollar company and yet they can't seem to train employees now to fill a spoon on time. It's really sad that this is the kind of service I have gotten multiple times. When you pay for something and don't get it that is technically stealing. Beware of this location and definitely CHECK ALL of your boxes and packages to make sure you aren't getting ripped off.
