Was there about 4:20 in the afternoon. Was about to order walnut shrimp when another service worker came in scooped it up right in front of me before the guy that I was ordering from could even get a scoop. He said sorry it'll be 5 minutes to 10 minutes and they only had two or three entrees out there that were ready to go. Really kind of upset me the food wasn't ready and the drive-thru people were cutting in front of the locking people. Second time I've had a not so good experience....read full review
I love their Orange Chicken but the last few times I've went its been hard as a rock. When I pay for a large Orange chicken I'd like to eat more then just four pieces. It's to over cooked at times.

Panda has always been my favorite place to eat. My kids and I used to drive out of town to eat it because it wasn’t an option here in our little town. I always felt like panda hired only enthusiastic and friendly employees but Ridgecrest Panda is the exception. Once in awhile, I will get someone nice but for the most part, the customer service as a whole, is lacking.
