Panda has always been my favorite place to eat. My kids and I used to drive out of town to eat it because it wasn’t an option here in our little town. I always felt like panda hired only enthusiastic and friendly employees but Ridgecrest Panda is the exception. Once in awhile, I will get someone nice but for the most part, the customer service as a whole, is lacking. I ordered a meal online and had no issues, my boyfriend when to pick it up and I had forgotten to add an additional drink. I asked if he could just purchase one more while he was there since it was too close to the pickup time to add to my order. He got the main meal with no issues, but the staff told him to go to the back of the line during the lunch rush to purchase the additional drink. Everything else was paid for. It's Panda Express so you can rely on flavor and quality. Had a quick lunch run to make and had to leave after 18 min wait. Only two orders in front of me and one person in drive thru and one eating in restaurant. NOT BUSY. Just lack of any hurry and filling orders from on line orders instead of the people standing in the place. No one was waiting on an online order when I left. Honestly, it's Chinese McDonald's.
