First of all, I think I may have been Mediterranean in another life love the culture, food and the people this place was recently recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint! I ordered the tabbouleh salad with a classic gyro and fries. Everything was fresh, flavorful and hot off the grill. Will be coming back to try the rest of their dishes for sure!
We're staying in Ridgecrest tonight, and just got to our hotel. We ordered from Classic Gyros and had the food delivered (Door Dash via Toast app). I ordered the lamb burger with a Greek side salad. The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked. The onions and peppers and feta cheese that I added were generous. Also, the Greek Kalamata olives were generous. This was delicious! On a trip back from the Trona Pinnacles we wanted a relatively healthy lunch. We loved the fast casual service and the ability to build your own pita, wrap or salad. Definitely worth a stop.
