I’ve had better burgers from a cafeteria. The food service and cleanliness of the establishment is abysmal.
We asked to dine in (served on trays) was served in a bag. We ordered a chocolate shake. It was never served to us. The lady serving us appeared to be having a private conversation on a Bluetooth headset.
Dirty windows, dirty tables, dirty windowsills, dirty everything.
If you want a frozen Sysco burger patty from establishment too cheap to have even name brand condiments, this is your place to go. If you’re looking for a slice of roadside Americana, keep on driving.

Burgers were pretty good. Disappointed that you have to get a combo meal with fries. You can't just get a burger by itself. The ice cream options are good.

I wasn't planning on getting lunch. Thought I would get fries and use the restroom. I ordered the Blue Cheese Burger meal. I used the restroom and a few minutes later my order was ready. I ate the fries and went on to do a job near that area.
When I finished my job I ate the burger. It was impressive. The burger patty, big and cooked perfectly. The bun was the same size as the patty and a good ratio of bread to meat. Lettuce was a couple leafs and whites , slices of tomato and onion. The blue cheese was present and creamy. It was a top five burger of the Bay area. Even though it's midway between SF and Sacramento, it is near a body of water connected to the SF Bay. Maybe that counts.
The fries are ok. I'm glad the place is named Burgerlicious and not Frielicious.

As I was leaving Stockton, I called in my order. My order was easy placed speaking with a live person. When I arrived 17 minutes later, the order was ready. No fuss, no muss. I ordered a Ruben Sandwich with fries and an ice tea. The sandwich was a bit greasy and the fries were under cooked. However, I do recommend this place and I will eat there again next time I pass through this area.

Decent burger, a little pricey, but still enjoyable. The burgers were huge and they give you a lot of fries. The onion rings are phenomenal! Great little burger spot to stop for a bite.

Friend staff clean restaurant, but the burger had no flavor. It literally had no seasoning. Maybe the guy in the back forgot to put the seasoning on my burger. The garlic fries were good though.

You’re not here for the location, service, or anything else, you’re here for the food!! It’s as simple and classic as any diner style burger can be, but at the highest levels. Try the Rio Vista BBQ Chicken Sandwich, it’s my favorite
