Chill place with great food, service, and atmosphere for anyone (adults, kids, handicap, dogs, etc.)
Good menu selection (burgers, tacos, salads, wraps, apps, kids menu) and 20ish+ beers. Inside and outside seating. Outside is picnic benches, hears, umbrellas, fenced in, toys for kids too). Indoors has plenty of seating. Bathroom inside and outside. Street and alley parking.
My mushroom Swiss burger (tap house burger) was delicious. We also got a Chipotle pork wrap and pulled pork sandwich. Delicious.
Unique. Fun. Great service. Good food.

We are locals, and love Hap's Taps. Great food, friendly, fast service and if you like beer, just WOW! Every brand imaginable. Our fav is the fish and chips, and we always take our visitors to experience this delicious food and drink. Large outdoor space with tables, music and heaters. Another option to dining in.

This amazing venue has been here a while and I'm thrilled to see it's continued presence in the local community as they continue to operate. The layout, atmosphere, staff and offerings (food and drinks) are on point of a fine brewery / restaurant / bar to hang out at. They continue to show the hallmarks of a great venue and I'm looking forward to see what more great things are to come.

A fun spot to grab a bite. The menu isn't huge, but it has all the favorites. The food was great and they have a big selection of beer. I really appreciated them letting me sample a few before deciding what to order. They have 2 TVs inside to watch the game and a great outdoor space complete with corn hole and games/toys for kids. They bathroom was really nice too, not what I expected, looked newly updated.

Nice, relaxed place for great beer in the cute little town of Rio Vista right on the Sacramento River. Their beer is brought in from as far away as Monterey, Livermore, and the North Bay. Nice outside and inside seating. I haven’t tried the food yet, but I’ll be back!
Had a fantastic experience at Haps Taps! We were visiting the area for the farmers market that was nearby and decided to eat here because it was close. The place was packed but the service was still amazing! It started as we were walking up to the restaurant. When we opened the door, one of the employees was waiting next to the only open table and told us they were saving it for us because they saw us coming in. This was wonderful because they saw that one person in our party was on crutches and made this effort for us before we even walked in! The service was great all around as several employees touched our table to see what we needed as the meal went by. The food was great too, everything from the mac and cheese ball appetizer to the burgers and wraps. They even brought samples of the beers they had to make sure you liked what you ordered. Great experience and highly recommended!

Where to start was heading to Rio vista today my wife and I wanted to try out Hap's Taps the menu looked good we arrived about 1pm we were seated right away they were pretty busy too The young lady serving us was very polite and took our order promptly I ordered the high tide burger medium and my wife ordered the honey hole crispy chicken sandwich we both got onion rings the food came out promptly my burger was cooked to perfection crisp bacon and onion ring cheddar cheese mayo on a brioche bun I opted to get the bbq sauce on the side that burger was incredible perfectly seasoned they source local beef just a great burger and onion rings my wife absolutely loved her chicken sandwich it was a crispy chicken breast topped with coleslaw pickles and a Sriracha honey that was to die for i will be getting that next time lol anyways if you find yourself in Rio vista give them a try great spot we will be back soon thanks from Chef Dennis
