I would not order from this place and if you do, order with caution. This place has terrible customer service. I have overlooked many of their mistakes in the past but this pushed me to finally leave a review. I placed my order online and my order never arrived. I was finally able to reach someone the following day but they were not helpful. They closed early and did not turn off the online ordering system. Now I understand mistakes happen but own your mistakes and make them right. Instead they gave me a half hearted apology with the attitude of oh well not our problem. They wouldn’t even offer a discount and literately told me we can’t just give away free pizzas. Really??? That tells me they make a lot of mistakes and just take the oh well approach. My kids waited hours for a dinner that never came. That is not a small oh well kind of mistake. This is wrong and not the way a good business would treat their customers.

The pizza is excellent! Great ratio of cheese to sauce and they are generous with the toppings. Crust is perfect; puffy and a bit chewy. I always get "build your own" pizza; usually pepperoni and one or two other toppings. I haven't tried any other menu items except the cannoli, which is great IMO. I expect they prepare all the menu items with equal care and generosity. Delivery is always timely and friendly. I consider Pizza a Go Go a gift to our community. Thank you for all your hard work!

I placed an online order & it never arrived. Turns out they closed early for an employee event and forgot to turn off online orders. They did not even offer a discount or help in anyway. Very Rude

Having moved back to the area and hearing that the 'other' pizza place was no longer what it used to be, I decided to give this place a try. My expectations were modest, but I was pleasantly surprised—this pizza is genuinely good! The ingredients are fresh, and the crust is excellent.
My only suggestion is for the staff to improve the balance between the sauce and cheese, as it can make a big difference in the overall quality of the pizza. Additionally, there seems to be some inconsistency with pricing. I paid $18 for a personal pizza with multiple toppings on one visit, but $27 on another. It seems like the first staff member might have forgotten to charge me for the extra toppings. The website’s pricing information is also a bit unclear.
Aside from these issues, the pizza itself is really impressive.

Goodness gracious, the pizza here was awful. We got a basic pepperoni pizza and the bottom and crust was soggy right out of the oven. The pizza sauce tasted like they used tomato paste right out of the can, no seasoning at all. Mind you this pizza was not cheap and we threw half of it away. 10/10 would recommend you go anywhere else.

Came over this way for a errind and i am VERY pleasantly suprised at how good this is! I got the cheezy bread and a 12" custom pie... everything was beautifully cooked & cheezy. The inside is the classic wall to wall fun stuff to look at, Only negative is it is HOT in here! If i make it back here certainly coming in again.

We had the lunch deal. For $6, it was a bargain. However, the pizza slice was overcooked on the bottom and dry. Couldn't cut it with a knife. We'll try again. Maybe it was just an off day. I personally would like ice tea or something uncarbonated besides apple juice.
