I ordered a tomato and basil pizza here last night and it was completely inedible. The basil must have been spoiled or something went wrong during the cooking process because it left such a strong, bitter taste that the entire pizza was ruined.
When I called to give feedback and suggested they check their produce, the staff did not seem concerned. Instead of addressing the issue, they simply asked if I wanted to place another order.
I want to be clear that I am not asking for a refund. My intention was only to provide honest feedback so management could be aware of the problem. If the business wished to respond professionally, they could have replied to my review publicly.
After leaving this review I began receiving repeated calls from the restaurant’s phone number. Specifically, I received two calls at 11:22 AM and two more at 12:18 PM. I did not request a callback, and there was no reason for the restaurant to be contacting me. The frequency of the calls felt more like harassment than customer service.
Between the poor food quality, the dismissive response when I called, and the unwanted calls that followed, this has been one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. Potential customers deserve to know how this business handles honest feedback. This review reflects my honest personal experience and is protected under federal law by the Consumer Review Fairness Act.

My delivery came and was missing the cookie I ordered. I didn’t think anything about it because it was no big deal. To my surprise, the driver came back 20 minutes later when he figured out his mistake and not only brought one cookie, but brought two to make up for the error. The food is always fantastic here and the service is always better. I very much recommend this restaurant.

Under new ownership and food seems good. However, had a little but of concern about interaction with one of the staff members. Had an issue with the machines in the video game area (claw machine) that ate my son's money. When brought to the attention of staff, with request to place out of order sign and request refund, it was rather standoffish. I was told they don't own the machines and they would not refund. Upon my silence and confusion the staff member refunded me the money, albeit 25 cents short? Not a deal breaker and has nothing to do the the machine, rather that the customer service left me a little shaken. Cool place, I think, so long as you don't have an issue that needs management's attention.

Honestly, I was happily surprised at how great this place is! I’ve gone a couple of times and each time they have great deals as well. Take your fam and dine in or just grab a box to go, you won’t regret it. They can also deliver in case you’re hosting a movie night or just hanging out at home and feeling like devouring an entire pizza lol just kidding

We come here once a year. Food is good. A little noisy today with young kids but to be expected with kids. The only complaint I had was the celery stick with the chicken wings. They were awful! Not fresh! Good food otherwise. Nice service!
