How have I grown up in the delta and only tried the striper recently !? They have the best breakfast ! Service is always fast and friendly. I highly recommend the Huevos rancheros with verde salsa. Sooooooo good!! The cafe is cozy with a laid back ambiance. Can't wait to go back. Thanks Raul for serving the delta you are a gem!

Food is good and service is friendly. We have gone several times for breakfast and it has been consistently good. We have gone twice now for lunch and it is pretty good definitely cafe type food. Nothing extraordinary but hits the spot. Will definitely be back.

Food and service are excellen! my husband and I drive from Stockton to have breakfast on weekends. Chicken Fried Steak Huevos Rancheros Egg, bacon/sausage, toast, pancakes. All worth the drive.

I wanted to like Raul's more, but the food just didn't warrant a higher rating. I had chicken fried steak, which was fine but the portion was pretty small. Wife had the turkey, bacon, and Swiss sandwich, which is supposed to be a specialty. Unfortunately the onion was lacking and tomato was missing entirely. The onion rings were good and service was prompt and friendly; I *might* give it another try if I were passing through Rio Vista alone, but definitely won't be taking the wife back.
Service is excellent, food good and consistent. Have been many to this place many times in past.

As new transplants to Rio Vista, hubby like to check out the local places. This has been one of our go-to fave places to eat, especially for hubby; he eats here every week after golfing. We also like weekend breakfasts too. Hubby likes the chicken friend steak and I like their egg white omelettes. A solid 4star diner here in Rio Vista.
