I ordered a meatball sandwich for delivery and when i got it no more then 15 minutes later it was so cold the meatballs were cold and pepperoni was cold like the meat wasnt at the correct temperature at all

No Cheddar or Swiss cheese, no bacon, no wraps for wraps.

No tomatoes, stale spinach all wilted and dried out.

Menu advertises Clubs and Wraps, told no Clubs or Wraps are being offered.

No Ranch dressing, no Raspberry Ice tea in the soda machine.

Sad for 530pm supper time on a Wednesday night.

Try calling in orders to Sysco, US Foods or Saladino's, to make sure you keep food in stock. Hard to make sandwiches without food.

Customer service was good, but the tuna on my sandwich was spread very thin like a 🥜 butter sandwich.

I have given this place a chance over and over since the buy out.Every time I am disappointed. I order the peppermint cookie from them multiple times. EVERY TIME it’s rung up as peppermint, and a chocolate chip cookie shows up instead. No effort to expel that they might be sold out. The sandwiches have hardly any meat on them. I know that has been a subway thing forever, but there is more bread than anything.

The location is great right off the HWY 12, small town. A friendly staff, might have been a bad day the wheat bread was not fresh. The staff didn’t wear glove and lettuce etc. didn’t look fresh. Because of the location I will try again another day! I suggest Clean up your area and have fresh items available!

Where are the veggies on my Veggie Delight? For example, the server counted out 4 leaves of spinach and then put one back. It is only at this Subway that I have had this experience.

Beware of online ordering!!!!! The first pick is what I ordered. The second is what I received. Literally mostly bread and NONE OF WHAT I ASKED TO BE PUT ON WAS PUT ON!!!!! where's my spinach? Where's my extra red onions? Where's my sandwich? This definitely isn't the first time this has happened to me, just the first time reviewing and the last time eating there. I don't like doing bad reviews on what business we have in this small town, but for that reason is why we get taken advantage of. It's either this or drive out of town.

Order an online pick up order today. A wrap. Picked it up and went back to work. Unwrapped my food only to find a sandwich. So I got someone else's order by mistake. I returned to the store holding the subway bag. No one would even acknowledge me for about 3 minutes. Employees were standing around talking to what seemed to be their relatives. Looked as if the manager was having a family reunion in the place. Kids screaming and running around. Opening the doors to the back were the food is kept. There were at least 4 employee's working at the time and there was NO. Communication! One employee grabbed another Togo order and tried to give it to me. It wasn't mine. Another employee was having trouble printing my online order out so I gave her mine ( the one that was attached to my bag) then she proceeded to asked questions about my food " such as do I want it toasted" and "do I want cheese". I told her my complete order is on the receipt. This entire interaction completely defeated the purpose of a quick online order and pick up. It took me 35 min! Not happy. COME ON SUBWAY GET IT TOGETHER. WHERES THE PROFESSIONALISM. Where's the sense of urgency for your customers? Where's the store management? Where the discount for my inconveniences. Where the apology? You're food isn't great, the least you can do it be quick, accurate, and courteous! Where's ASHLEE!?

I come here often, but I just walked in this week and the new owners introduce themselves. Very nice people. The store is very clean services is very prompt. Everyone seems to know what they’re doing. They were cleaning the soda fountain, disinfecting all the counters something you don’t see often in fast food, where they actually care about cleanliness. There’s a pleasure to meet them, and hopefully continue to have great business, and contribute to the economy here. As far as the food really good sandwiches, you can’t go wrong with the sandwiches and I’m very quickly be becoming a favorite of the foot-long pretzel which you can get in salt or sweet which I found out today.

Blake, great place to get a sandwich. Great customer service, very convenient for truck drivers on the way to the dump I would recommend anyone to stop by. Little pricey but great food and service
