Every time I've gone there in the evening to get chicken nuggets the nuggets were more like chicken Jerky. Over cooked or sat too long under heat lamp.

B J. Was not very good at all with service through the drive through this morning. When I asked him what drinks I had to choose from he stated Pepsi products. I couldn’t see the menu to locate them in a timely manner. Very rude. He should’ve looked at the soda machine and named off the Pepsi products that were on the machine to choose from. Also, when he handed the drinks to us in the car, he has had tilted almost like he was going to drop them on us. That’s not very professional. He didn’t have his name on so we had to ask what it was for the review. We love the Taco Bell in Rio Vista. The food is great there their service is normally great there but not this morning. He needs some more training. B.J. needs to learn how to be professional and when someone asked him what they have for drinks, he should be able to read them off. He has the capability of walking over to the machine and seeing what they are to read them off unless he doesn’t know himself, which clearly may have been the case. But working for the company, he should be aware of it. And when you hand people’s drinks out the window, you hand them straight up, not tilted over. B.J. wasn’t very pleasant. His attitude was like he woke up in the wrong side of the bed this morning to be serving the community. I’ll definitely be back to this Taco Bell, but I hope the next time it’s a better service.

I just want to acknowledge BJ. He went well above and beyond today. He fixed a hiccup with my order with ease and did a good deed at the same time. This is a Beautiful example of compassion and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I sure hope some one recognizes his efforts. I know he impacted my heart and I will forever be greatful. Thank you BJ

I stop here a lot because i can park my peterbilt next door and walk in. Tonight i got my usual tenders but they tasted old and stale and were about the size of mcd’s nuggets! Hell my dogg wouldnt even eat em!!! And she’ll eat just about anything😕

Do not go in when they have 3 cars or more in drive thru, they are too busy to take your order. After 1 minute, I'm walking out. Lame!

The food is standard but we really stood out to me was how fast the line moved! They’re usually isn’t into a line because it is Rio Vista, a small town. It’s always a good spot to stop at night to get a little snack and to hit those cravings

This Taco Bell sucks. We order things in their app, go to pick it up and they’re sold out. But you can’t get a refund because it was ordered in the app. Freaking ridiculous. Last time we went I ended up with a 5 layer burrito with no beans. Decided to give it one more try and now I have a cantina bowl with no rice. And again no freaking refunds for items I’m not given. Never again, I’m done.
I haven't been to a KFC in years, but we stopped here for the grandkid. I decided to get a small order of strips to munch on during our hour plus drive along with her kid meal. Those strips were sooooo good! Crisp, hot, and tasty! I thought about turning around and going back-lol.
Under new management and it shows. Good service, good food, prompt service.
Workers are rude always running out of food at a certain time they don’t let you order off the kfc menu
