Bad representation of the bean. Awful atmosphere. Lady at the window should not be taking orders if she is not going to put them in correctly and make sure they're sent out correctly. Horrible attention to detail and a very unfortunate first experience at this location.

Great service! Friendly beautiful welcoming staff. Drive in instructions are confusing, need to place better signs, more visible. Big plus they don't ask for 1$ tip requirement as starbucks does. If you want to tip, theres cash jar outside, which is best way to do it and doesn't place pressure on people who cannot afford to tip. First time at Bean Coffee, because of no tip policy on their screens I will support them from now on, good bye starbucks.

The drinks are great! The only thing about it is that whenever I’ve gone, it’s usually a younger person taking the orders. Sometimes they can be a bit less than courteous and professional. Other than that it’s a good spot to get a quick drink
