Customer service was excellent. The lady who assisted us was really personable. Happy, go lucky, and provided great service.I got a mocha with half caffeine and half decaf. I was still super high from the caffeine. My friend got an ice coffee.It's not Starbucks, and I didn't expect it to be. If I'm in the area again and craving coffee, I'd stop here.

Maybe I am just used to other coffee specialty places but seems my Snowman drink (which is their version of a White Chocolate Mocha that I wanted to order but didn't see it listed on the Menu) tasted only like a basic Iced Coffee. It was my 3rd time going and have tried other drinks (Iced Chai) that weren't too appealing to me either. Maybe I'm just ordering all the wrong ones haha. The servers were very friendly though...

I love visiting The Human Bean for awesome drinks. My favorite beverages include the Blueberry Pomegranate smoothie, the Strawberry Banana smoothie, the Java Chip, and the Frozen Hot Chocolate. It's always nice to receive a free Espresso bean with every purchase of a drink, too. Thumbs up for this wonderful place!

I just went through drive-through. Bought an iced coffee gave a $3.50 tip, the dude at the window didn’t even tell me have a good day, he just walked away. Not great customer service..

stuck in traffic right in front of you, I can't leave my car alone, you should have an online ordering option, I didn't find that option on your page ?
The worst. Absolutely no frothy milk in my hot latte. Basically payed 5 bucks for coffee with milk. On top of that she filled it all the way to the top so that when I took the lid off to sip the non existent foam, it spilled all over me.
