We were so excited to eat here for Fathers Day. The location and views were amazing but unfortunately the food was not so good. Our group of 6, 2 of which were happy with their food. My Dad and husband said the Mango Halibut ($37), was "delicious". I shared the Steak Sandwich with my Mom, which was flavorless ($25). My son had the Prime Rib "it was ok, no flavor" ($34). My mother in law had the Fish & Chips ($22), it was also just "ok, but the fries...
For what it is(restaurant in a small town), it's a very good place to have a meal. I ate both the fried chicken and the stroganoff. They server let me know the fried chicken would take 20-25 minutes, this was music to my ears as I know its being battered and fried to order. Very crispy and flavorful. The stroganoff i got to-go and was also very flavorful large meat chunks, tasty sauce. Definitely a 10 of 10 for me.
We found this beautiful place after visiting the Western Union railroad museum nearby and it was so wonderful to have a beautiful place to sit down and look out over in the water and watch the boats, the food is great, service was prompt, and the atmosphere was wonderful, including things like Getting real sense of the community.
