This is another good Mexican restaurant in town. I like the shrimp burritos. I have eaten here for years. The food is good.

I've been here multiple times, and every time I go here, the food is amazing. And the customer service is great. If you go to torilla flats, you have to try their bean dip it is so good. I would recommend it.

I ordered the Taco salad... it was horrible and bland! No seasoning or spice to it what so ever. Never going back. Do NOT recommend.

Good food , one time I had no Cilantro in my tacos and I asked for some cilantro but the waiter said I had cilantro , but it wasn't cilantro it was lettuce. The place is good and convenient. Clean area . Fast time to make food but the food is good !

Great food ,good prices fast service nice people I usually order a cart other chilly rian's are great Very reasonable prices, good food. I love the lunches there. The they're very good. Breakfasts are more than you can eat and Delicious lock the doors

Decent food but also very expensive for a B grade restaurant, I expected more. The quesadillas was great but burritos I expected more flavor. ( For a small town that I just drive through I'm not sure they deserve the hate. Although my experience was bad, I still wouldn't recommend to others.

Great chips and salsa (ask for the spicy salsa). Huge portions with flavorful meat, lots of veggies, and breakfast is served all day. A great stop on the way back from a ski day!

The first time there, the food was ok. This last time it was something I could of made at home. I think that cutting corners is not good. Due to the location (Rio Vista), I think people just take what's offered in this community. I won't be going back. I have neighbors who make homemade tortillas, tamales and salsa. I think I'd rather pay them and eat good. Suggestion: Try the taco truck across from McDonald's or cook it yourself.

$50 meal was bland! And boring! No salsa, either! Boo! Never have I ever needed to ask for salsa! Ever! Not even chips...Disappointing won't go back. Not worth it!

The service was great, but the food really wasn't very good. The carnites in my burrito were very dry and had very little flavor. The Carne Asada in my wife's tacos were tough and grisly, and my daughters chimichanga was so bad that she only tried 3 bites, and then she gave up. None of it was good enough to warrant taking the leftovers home.
