Drive thru experience. The display screen is completely torched by the sun, making it very difficult to see the display. The speaker is downed out by the traffic noise. It was very frustrating for me and the employees since I could not hear them, and they had to repeat themselves.

Overall, this Jack in the Box is ok. I honestly do not know if one of the drive thru employees that was working today was new or not, but it did disappoint me when I asked if my vanilla sweet cream coffee was vanilla flavored and she replied with “it’s just a regular coffee” (I knew it was not the vanilla coffee that I paid for)- which I then went inside and had the coffee remade

Very nice people during the night drive thru is fast and fresh. girl at window with glasses made a point to compliment my nails and it made my day. I had the jumbo jack and highly recommend I don't usually write reviews but they deserve it
