My family and I went to get lunch today at Mountain Mike's pizza. We are utterly disappointed at quality of serve. The food was incorrect according to the recite. On top of this we had terrible service and the workers were very rude. Will not be coming here again.

They forgot the add chicken that we paid for and when we pointed out the missed chicken, they offered to add on top after the fact instead of replacing them. The whole experience was ruined because the pizza was cold bythe time chicken was given. The pizzas were bland, without flavor.

A mountain mikes worker(male) was taking his break in the dining room and was picking his nose and licking his fingers afterwards. The food we ordered was not appetizing anymore and we left. We went and ordered 12/23 at 5:17pm

As a vegetarian, I had a fantastic experience at the Riverside location of Mountain Mike's Pizza! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I ordered the Veggiemore pizza, and it was spot-on, the crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were super fresh. The combination of bell peppers, onions, artichokes and olives was delicious, and the cheese was perfectly melted over it all. The tomato sauce had a rich flavor that complemented the veggies without overpowering them. For vegetarians or anyone who loves a great veggie pizza, the Riverside Mountain Mike's is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!
Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to allow us to e joy a good meal in air conditioning on a hot day. They changed the TV channel to let us watch a major soccer tournament, which make for a pleasant evening.

We ordered 4 pizzas wings and a salad , we asked for crispy wings when we received them they clearly were not cooked crispy they were barely cooked we asked for them to be put through the oven again and the cook made a ugly annoyed face ..... our pizzas were different from past experiences the dough was very thick... when we asked for ranch that we had to pay for they had us pack our own when they just packed some not a huge deal but we were the only ones asked to pack our own.... we will not be returning to this location

Due to one child of mine being allergic to pepperoni and one small child it is just too hot for her.
We had been outside all day and the kids were very hungry
While I was calling back to tell them of the mistake My oldest daughter opened the boxes and served the kids
Once I came back to the table I had to give one milk because her mouth was burning and the other child Benadryl even though he picked off the pepperoni and just ate the cheese it still started to swell up his lips.
We live in the country of Oakdale
Have to order delivery from riverbank the city
It's not a quick drive
We tip our drivers very well to come out here
Long story short The night time person in charge ( male) Would not send us out the right pizza because the kids had already eaten half!
They are kids They are hungry!!

I asked to have the manager call me He laughed and said ok and hung up on me.

I place a order at 5:45pm snd it said gurranteed by 7pm. So I called at 7:11pm to ask where the pizza was at and then I asked what happens gurranteed time isn’t met. He said nothing happens. I ask for clarification why does the website say that then the gentleman straight hung up on me and at 7:29pm it finally showed up. Bottom line their getting paid more and that’s the service I got by hanging up on me. Extremely rude and bad business practice.
