my son and I like eating here. great salsa bar. super friendly wait staff too!!
Excellent food and service. We stopped in shortly before closing. They accommodated us quickly and served big portions. We got an asada mojado burrito 🌯 and 4 asada tacos with green sauce and guacamole (inspired by another reviewers photos).
Dining area is basic tables and they have nice outdoor tables. Restrooms are clean!

Taquería Los Compadres serves consistently solid Mexican food with very good food and amazing flavor. The salsa bar is a highlight, with fresh salsas and amazing salsa and walkimoli. The ceviche is amazing, and the super burrito is to die for with its price. The food is not only amazing but so fresh, with tons of flavor. The service is very fast, and the time they made the food was insanely fast. The owners are so kind. One visit took 10 to 15 minutes for the food to come, but still it was good. The beef tacos were pretty good, and the burrito was perfection. A bean and rice burrito had fresh tortilla and fresh beans. The green sauce for their enchiladas were okay. They can do a better job packing the takeout orders. Overall, this is an Escalon gem and a great Mexican restaurant.
