Ordered supreme nachos and supreme asada quesadilla. Upon opening up the nachos at home to find no beans. Called to see why and they stated that they didn't have any beans ready so they didn't put them on. When asked if they still put them in the nachos since we have been a customer for years, and know they do, they first told us no and then retracted it and told us we can come down and get beans. So we then waste fuel and our time because of their mistake only to get a tiny cup that doesn't even make it worth our time. On top of this I receive a call from my spouse to find out the supreme quesadilla has burnt tortilla, burnt asada, and no sour cream, salsa, or guacamole which makes it a supreme. When I asked why before I left with the beans they told me that they sometimes come crispy. I asked if they usually burn the meat and tortillas and they said yes. For the last 10 plus years I've never had this bad of service and food. This might be the last time we order here until they charnge. Unacceptable and unprofessional in every way tonight.

Enjoy the large portions and the food is good most of the time. Everything is very salty though and sometimes the meat is not as fresh as could be. Have had a couple of take out orders where the meat was was not good.

It's the same story. What I order may not be the way that the cook would eat it. This isn't a one-off. Tried different items, just did not want total items they offered. In doing so, they find creative ways to add other items. Today I ordered a burrito: just sour cream, lettuce, tomato and cheese. Got it with some onion and a chipotle sauce. I am ordering what I want! It's on the order ticket - MAKE IT THAT WAY!!!
I stopped to get rice to go.They served me like a portion for one person. she didn't offer zise choices. So for the price, I was expecting a 32 Oz cup with rice.I'll try their food in a different occasion.

We eat out all the time but this place is crap.. food quality was bad and over priced.. We orderd 4 asada tacos, I plate of Chile Verde and 3 small drinks and the bill came to $56 Food was at the table before we could even fill our drinks and sit down.. that told us the food has been sitting and wormed up.. meat was vary dry and chips stell
