My daughter and granddaughters treated my mom and I to Mother’s Day breakfast on Saturday at Palo Santo. The cafe is very quaint, clean and welcoming. We opted to eat outside. The food selection, drinks and pastries were very unique. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. All of the ladies working there were very friendly. I can’t wait to visit again and bring my husband next time we visit family.
Yummy food! I ordered the sopesitos. The service was great and the vibe is cute.

Love coming here with my sister. The bakery is really nice and the coffee aka for me Americano is up to par.

horrible service took them AN HOUR ONE HOUR for an order of crepes cmon. the lady that took our order didn't even know the menu. I asked for a water to drink and she gave me hot water to drink the cup had steam on the lid. the tables were not cleaned before were sat there was also a stack of plates sitting on our table for a good 15 minutes before the waitress decided to pick them up btw they were not busy they were just talking to each other the whole time, if I could give a lower score I would just recommend to go to perkos or McDonald ac the street. I recently visited Palo Santo Café , and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the cashier. The young lady at the counter was extremely unprofessional. From the moment I approached, she barely made eye contact, didn’t greet me, and seemed uninterested in helping me. When I asked a question about a product, she responded with a rude and dismissive tone, making me feel like I was an inconvenience.
Her attitude throughout the transaction was cold and unfriendly, and she even rushed me, giving the impression that she had no patience for customers. It’s disappointing to be treated this way, especially when customer service should be a priority. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better training for their staff. This experience has certainly made me think twice about returning to this store.
I always go for a café de roca or horchata, I like that it has a lot of variety of Mexican-inspired drinks. The food is good too.

It was the only non-chain coffee shop I could find in the area, but they told me they couldn't put the coffee in my cup, they had to put it in their own paper cup first?? I always bring my own cup when I get coffee to reduce waste. It's a weird policy to not even allow that to be an option.
I've been there twice and will continue to go. The food was great. The environment is wonderful! It's cozy and relaxing. The cafe is refreshingly unique in my opinion. I don't think there's another place that you can enjoy Mexican style drinks like the Cubano, especially in Mexican style cups. The staff was nice and the service speed was good. They also have Spanish menus! I would recommend this place in a heart beat.I ordered the Cubano. The art was cute! The besos were also yummy. I would order both again.
Kid-friendliness: There are foods that children would like and the atmosphere is appropriate to have children in.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and plenty of space inside and outside.
