I had ordered a dish that a person after me also ordered. When the waitress served them first then the rest of my family’s food came out and she served our table, I was the only one not eating. When I brought it to my attention she was cold and said,”we have another coming out.” Not even an apology or understanding that she made the mistake.
Food was great, atmosphere wonderful, attitudes from some of the staff, genuinely rude.

Great for relaxed family dinners or lunch outings
It was our first time coming here. The breakfast chorizo plate we got was really good and so was the coffee. The workers were also really nice.

Used to love this place but lately it seems like customer service just isn’t a priority anymore. Also they allow dogs inside the establishment and close to the food, I love dogs but I am extremely allergic to them.

Authentic Everything about this location. Coffee, hands down the best. Food OMG! And there's much more they offer here. Finally found a local spot that's good. Definitely recommend this place. P.s. Study the menu before you order...

Service is super slow. food comes out in multiple trips. including coffee and pastries. plus a couple other trips for silverware. servers had to be reminded to bring our missing items. Food was cold! Enchiladas verdes were good, but we only got 3 and they don't come with any sides. for the price we were expecting more food. chilaquiles were OK in terms of flavor, but were dry (not enough sauce)and some chips were stale. I had take some of the enchilada sauce to coat the stale chips. Molletes are not traditionally made. they were made with sliced bread not bolillo/telera as they should be, so bread got super soggy and chewy. chocolate muffin was not good either. it tasted as if it was sugar free/vegan or something. weird flavor, hard to explain. chocolate chip cookie was individually wrapped in plastic, which tells me it's not fresh. the only thing we enjoyed was the cafe cubano and the raspberry cheesecake.
We went for my sisters birthday brunch and the food was delicious. My mom was skeptical as she’s SUPER picky when it comes to food and trying new restaurants but she loved this place. She got a cappuccino and raved that it was the best coffee ever. She also got half green and half red chilaquiles and loved them. The chilaquiles also stayed crispy till the last bite. I got the chorizo con papas and it was really yummy. My sister got the breakfast sandwich with tater tots with a mango iced tea as she had been there before and loved it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a Mexican brunch spot!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but after multiple disappointing visits, I feel like I need to share my experience.
The customer service at this place is consistently rude and unprofessional. On a previous visit, I asked a simple question, and instead of helping me, one of the girls in the back (who makes the espresso and drinks) seemed to not understand what I said—fine, that happens. But then I overheard her in the back laughing and mocking what I said with her coworkers. When I approached the server again to clarify my order, that same girl rolled her eyes at me. It was incredibly disrespectful.
Despite that, I decided to give the place another chance today. I ordered an espresso and placed my things on a table before taking my kids to wash their hands. As we were coming back, I saw that my drink had already been brought out. What upset me was seeing a boy from the table next to mine leaning over, touching, and even smelling my drink. His mom told him to stop, but the damage was done. I hadn’t even taken a sip yet.
I asked the server if I could have a new one made, explaining what had happened. She went to the back to ask the girls who make the drinks. After about five minutes of gossiping and chatting, the server returned and told me I would have to pay for a new one. Seriously?
I’m shocked at the lack of basic customer service. Any respectful establishment would understand that no one wants a drink a stranger has touched—especially in front of you. The fact that I wasn’t even offered a replacement without charge is extremely disappointing. Add that to the rude attitude and unprofessional behavior from the girls in the back, and it’s safe to say I won’t be returning.
It’s unfortunate, because this place could be great. But until the staff—especially the ones making the drinks—are properly trained in customer service and professionalism, I can’t recommend it to anyone.

My daughter and granddaughters treated my mom and I to Mother’s Day breakfast on Saturday at Palo Santo. The cafe is very quaint, clean and welcoming. We opted to eat outside. The food selection, drinks and pastries were very unique. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. All of the ladies working there were very friendly. I can’t wait to visit again and bring my husband next time we visit family.

Managed to forget 3 things for a table. We're all eating, and one person is waiting over 20 minutes for their drink and crepe. Not even an apology.crepes are rubbery and gross. Then forgot another drink then had an attitude about it. And all of our order took over an hour, mostly because they forget so much things. It's clear that everyone employed has connections to the owner, because this customer service sucks. It's young, careless people who just need a job, and don't really care about the service they give people. It's unfortunate because I want to support local business, but for better food and service, don't waste your time here. You're better off at a chain restaurant.
