We ordered some tacos and a torta de asada. The tacos did not have a very in-depth flavor and were kind of bland. The tortillas had a texture like they were heated but not cooked through... a little disappointing as we paid about $3 per taco. The torta had really good bun! But there was very little meat and cheese. They compensated by filling it with veggies but I felt like the value was not there.
We happened to be at the flea market without kids. Enjoying the peace and quiet. We came up this taco truck and decided to try it. The menu was typical of a taco truck. I went with the asada burrito as did my wife. The wait was a bit long like other yelpers have reported. I would hate for this truck to get busy. The burrito was made perfectly. Had great flavor. Definitely a well made burrito. As for the size? Definitely not small.

I'm thankful for my free Carne Asada tacos yesterday. But the meat needed more seasoning and was missing that charred, smokey flavor I love. Salsa and lime boosted the flavor as they normally do. The server wasn't rude, but there was no cheerfulness or enthusiasm. I'd expect a little of that while catering at a place of business. At least they plated our tacos beautifully!
