The worst customer service ever. We were greeted by a man who was friendly in our first two visits. After that we had to deal with a snobby little girl. Most likely the owners daughter or family because she behaves like she could treat customers as she pleases. Every time we encounter her, there’s something wrong with the order. This last time we went, she charged me incorrectly and instead of making things right because of her mistake, she just charged us more as a result of fixing her mistake. Her attitude was gross and rude from the get go. We’ll never be coming back to this place.

Apola makes one of the best gyros. With a ton of choices I chose spicy hummus sauce with feta, tomatoes, purple onions, spicy aioli sauce, French fries with beef and lamb shavings. The owner was there helping out and the girl that served me was very friendly. The side salad was fresh, while the gyro was delicious, the atmosphere was a bit noisy because you’ll be sitting in the food court. There was a guy going around cleaning up after people left. So I can say the tables were clean with no trash left behind. If you’re ever at The Tyler Mall go check them out. Oh and last time when I went with my nephew he got a military discount and the owner said they also give discounts to the firefighters. This is a business I will come back to visit. Love the food and the respect the business has for the men and women that serve our country.

The staff needs to be more friendly and respectful. They need to be trained in how to handle customer complaints and service. They talked to you with an attitude. I will never go back !!!!!!!!!!

Friendly, efficient service. The falafel pita was delicious! It's nice to have a healthy eating option at the mall. Thank you.
Way to expensive for the portion given, but food is tasty and service was great.

I always order the shrimp Gyro. I order the works, add some cucumbers. Top it off with some feta and spicy apola sauce, can’t go wrong. Always fresh!

Definitely worth the money! I always get the shrimp pita (The Works) with half Tzatziki and half fiery feta w/cucumbers and it’s always so amazing! If you’re ever at the Tyler Mall; give this place a try. The service is great as well!

Worst restaurant ever. I spent more than $50 on my order and only received half a pita! When I asked the manager, she said sorry but that's how we were trained. Seriously!!!Shame on you Greek restaurant! I doubt that you are even Greek!!You guys need to realize that the first thing you must work on when starting a business is customer service. I was asked to pay for the half a pita $1.43First and last time!!
