Food is good, but I don't like ordering from the upstairs store, the cashier acts like im bothering her. I usually order from the kiosk downstairs the girls there are much more nicer

WORST EMPLOYEE!! I have been buying here for the 3rd time, and for some reason the cashier is always this girl ine not sure the name (small asian girl) she is always so rude! she act like customers are bothering her! this is not only my experience all the reviews of this store is also complains! karma will get you soon for having bad personality like that! I hope the owner or corporate see this and tell employees to act right!

Ordered my pretzel downstairs from Dulce. She is an excellent worker at Auntie Anne’s. She’s friendly, fast, and always professional. Even during busy rushes, she stays calm, gets orders right, and makes customers feel welcome. Big contrast to the managers upstairs. Will buy from her again if she's available.

Honestly yeah never again at this location... I know the one in Moreno Valley is SO much BETTER!! We got mini dogs and the ones on the top were edible but until we got to the middle and realized that they are doughy. I went to just inform them and the manager or owner came along to assist us told us that "that's how they are" I questioned this service as I literally work at bake goods we don't do that we comply with customer and try to reassure them not belittle or not at least understand the situation ( I didn’t come to them in a rude way I was truly understand as the were baking BIG batches as I know they have heavy traffic) . I tried to show her that they are raw but she didn't care to look. Seeing I won't get any help I threw the items away to the nearest trash as it was safe to consume anymore. I didn't want a refund I didn't want a new one I just wanted to inform them. Now I know why they have such LOW reviews (on yelp). Also the workers are okay they just seem to not want to be there.

The kiosk downstairs has always been my favorite guilty pleasure when getting my nails done at the mall. Today for the 1st time ever, I was given a terrible, hard, definitely not fresh pretzel.When I asked the girl to replace it, she waved me off & said I can go upstairs & talk to the manager she couldn’t help me.I am unable to walk that distance and asked her to call the manager, she said she doesn’t know how.I asked her how she gets ahold of anyone for help, she replied her boss.I asked her to call her boss, she said no.I asked her for the phone number and was told the phone number is online.WOWI know good help is hard to find but this is ridiculous!Her name is Jenna and it’s terribly sad that she is so incompetent she cost this store a loyal customer.

This is probably my first 1 star review.Why? Worst customer service. I was craving some pretzels and checked on Google and it said was was going to close by 6pm. It was 5:50pm and I was about 20min away. I called to double check the closing time and a young lady said they close at 7:15pm. They clearly lied to me since closing times are usually on the hour. I arrived at around 6:20pm to find it was closed. It was this past Sunday that I tried to visit.Sorry I will never visit your store ever again after that.

Outstanding this place was right in the middle of the very convenient and easy to find all the employees were very nice and helpful I'm looking forward to going back and trying more of there many pretzel combinations I even believe they will make a custom pretzel for you if you ask !!!
