This loser SNATCHED my friends water bottle that he had just bought at the smoke shop next door while we were IN LINE and dumped it on the street! Dude takes his job way too seriously. I understand not taking the water in, but bruh we had like 5 min at least before we were gonna get in cause we were IN LINE

The main reason I’m leaving this review is because of the woman working the front. She’s short, rude, and rolls her eyes at customers like we’re bothering her just by showing up. I’ve never felt so disrespected walking into a business. No hello, no smile, just attitude and eye rolls. Her energy alone is enough to ruin the whole experience before you even step inside. If that’s who they’ve chosen to be the face of this place, it tells you everything you need to know about how they treat people. I would seriously tell EVERYONE in Riverside: don’t waste your time here. There are way better places that actually appreciate their customers. This club is not it. I've never left a review in my life, but after dealing with this same woman at the front multiple times, I felt like I had to speak up.

Last few times I have visited for goth night on thursdays. The bouncers have been so rude to me I understand there being rules but I am still contributing to their business. I am a person I’m not dumb, and I’m not disrespectful so please stop giving me attitude. Not sure if I will be back.

If I could give a negative I would. When you're with a group of people and the security guard who happens to be female, knows you're with people decides to take you by the hand and sit you outside by the curb with nobody around because you obviously are drunk -huge liability.If something were to have happened to an individual she sat on the curb this would be more than a review. Like who in their right mind does that??? Any professional security guard would have told the person's friend.Take her with you and take her out.Please not left her out for anything to happen to her. To say I am beyond livid is an understatement.

Saw security assault a guy last Thursday. The guy had his hands raised up not doing anything and security assaulted him

The girl at the door rejected a Mexican passport as a form of ID, something that is accepted as an official identification everywhere else. Sounds racist.

When executing ID checks it's always an awkward and embarrassing moment when you're in full drag outfit and they can't seem to understand that your ID would not match your face. Not sure what the solution would be but asking inappropriate questions such as are you aware you're still a man etc etc is not ok. Security protocols need to be updated. Id was not expired. I had explained that my ID and DL was lost and that my passport which is what I showed was an older photo where I still had a beard and was overweight. Again I don't know what the solution is but making people feel awkward and embarrassed over ID checks is not cool. Maybe retrain your people at the door so that they promote a fun and entertaining environment especially for a nightclub.

Probably one of the best spots in DTR. I can't even tell you how spot on the vibes were. Just immaculate. Had me dancing while I wait in line. Great DJ, great vibes!! The owner is extremely hospitable and gorgeous!!! I could only imagine what its like on a festive date! Most definitely will be coming back here.

After hearing horrible things about how this place treats customers I don't think I want to go there after all. It seem that when reviewrs leave a negative message because of bad treatement from their employees or a bad expierience they had at the club, the owners/manager always blame the patreons and never take responsibility. That is a very strong sign that the place does not deserve your time nor money

I usually come to goth night on Thursdays. Tonight, someone in front of me was being told by security that they needed to spit out their gum. Because my ID was already checked and good to go, I went toward the person doing pat downs. The stud torta working security with the greasy ponytail put her arm out to block me from moving. While having a rude face. The torta did not need to touch me, she could have told me to stay.

If you need a drink of water, you have to use a water fountain if you can't buy an expensive bottle of water. The water fountain was barely working and if you try to ask someone who works there about it, the staff throw you out and the security guard doesn't even know why you're being thrown out, just that you have to go. This happened tonight (05/22/25) to my daughter. My daughter told me that the water fountain didn't have enough water pressure to drink from unless you want your mouth on the water fountain which is not safe for anyone to drink from. My daughter has speech apraxia and the lady who she was trying to talk to threw her out. Didn't care enough to listen, just she didn't want to talk to a 27 yr old white woman who didn't have any alcoholic beverage or drinking any alcoholic beverages, and couldn't get her words out. This is not a way to conduct business! My daughter and I would like to talk to the Manager about this. My daughter has never been treated this way before at this or any club!
