Great old time place!! Great environment. Great food and a huge beer list . Those who are calling Arts a dive bar are showing their tender age! Dive bars were like the Harbor, the Cool, the Black Bull, Harold's and others that are now gone. When you use a rope to close the bathroom door you might be in a dive bar?? Love Arts! Keep it going!!!!
