Their call center in another country took my order and when I got the store the order was not even in their system, manager even called another store close by but order was not found. I called back same call center and they promised the manager will take care of a discount for the inconvenience, but manager(Patricia) said it wasn't her fault and I needed to pay the whole amount, no discount.
