The service was quick and friendly, offering better items without sounding like an upsell. The kataifi was delicious, and the chocolate hardening over it like a shell made it even better.
Kinda Pricey but its goooooood! Ill definitely come back againnn
Rumor is this was a soft opening. I had the cookies and cream treat. It was excellent. I will be recommending this place to all my friends.

Bake the Cookie Shoppe is an absolute gem, offering quick and friendly service with better items without sounding like an upsell. The kataifi was delicious, with chocolate hardening over it like a shell. The Dubai-style strawberries with kataifi, the white chocolate Dubai-style heart, and the ube cookie were incredibly delicious, perfectly balanced and not overly sweet, with high-quality ingredients in every bite. The cookies were fresh, warm, soft in the middle, and full of flavor, with a fun, welcoming vibe. The Dubai cookie was fire, and the oreo milkshake was a favorite, not too sweet, just perfect. The soft serve and kataifi are favorites, and the new scoopable cookies are worth every calorie. The mango sticky rice is a perfect balance of sweet and sour mango. The scoopable cookie dessert was delicious, with a super moist cookie and soft serve ice cream with caramel drizzle. They have dirty sodas with great flavor mash ups. The customer service at the Riverside location was amazing, with staff going above and beyond. Definitely recommended for a sweet tooth.
