Pizza missing most of the toppings had no meat and only one cheese. Waited 25 mins and had to ask.
Great tasting food, poor customer service from worker Aaron.
It is so disappointing to come with the family and have so horrible experience. Very disappointing. Staff needs training on communication skills and customer service.
Service is so very unpleasant that I would never return to this location. The food is fine, but customer service is number one for me, and this place is definitely lacking. I prefer to be in a place where the employees are pleasant, smile, and not make the customers feel like they're doing us a favor by being there. Please seriously reconsider how your employees are trained on customer service and how to help the customers get the best deal instead of making us do all the work. We seek to support our local businesses, so please look out for our pockets, too, and make sure all staff are educated on customer service and providing customers with discount options. We ordered through the app and our order was ready just as we got to the restaurant. The place was very busy (as expected) on a Saturday evening but more staff is needed as many of the tables were dirty.
