Got the feed the family of 5 for $45 :) we customized 3 pies to our liking and was able to pick 2 sides. We also bought some fountain drinks. Everything came out delish! But I had to knock down 1 star because.......

As far as service, everyone was nice and helpful except the young lady at the pizza oven/ pickup station. I asked for olive oil + balsamic glaze on my pizzas and she made sure she let me know she was annoyed with my request... oh well, I thought maybe she was just tired so I didn't say anything. Not 1 minute later, she was all cheery and smiling chatting with 3 male teens while their pizzas were still baking... 🤷‍♀️

Pizza missing most of the toppings had no meat and only one cheese. Waited 25 mins and had to ask.

It is so disappointing to come with the family and have so horrible experience. Very disappointing. Staff needs training on communication skills and customer service.

Service is so very unpleasant that I would never return to this location. The food is fine, but customer service is number one for me, and this place is definitely lacking. I prefer to be in a place where the employees are pleasant, smile, and not make the customers feel like they're doing us a favor by being there. Please seriously reconsider how your employees are trained on customer service and how to help the customers get the best deal instead of making us do all the work. We seek to support our local businesses, so please look out for our pockets, too, and make sure all staff are educated on customer service and providing customers with discount options.
