This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. It took over 30 minutes just to get our food, and when it finally arrived, the boneless wings were served bone-in, forcing us to wait even longer for a correction. The fries we ordered never arrived at all, even after reminding our server multiple times. We finished our meals and still never received them.
To make matters worse, the bill was a complete mess. We were overcharged by $50, and I was incorrectly charged for a birthday reward that should not have been applied. Both errors had to be pointed out and corrected by us, which is unacceptable.
The food itself was just as bad—dry, poorly prepared, and not worth the wait. Between the incompetent service, billing mistakes, and low-quality food, this place completely failed. Extremely disappointing. I will never be coming back

I pay $1.08 for the side of ranch, so disappointed that it's was just a table spoon of ranch. See the photo when I open the container, on a 6 Pieces of wings. Really so stingy

Went there about 4 pm with my son and stood a while to be sat down.. only one waitress but worked like she had a full house..she was only seeing three tables and our drinks and food took forever.. our wings came out warm like they have bee. Sitting there for a while..over bad service for a army vet.

Service was very kind and attentive. The food leaves much to be desired. Chicken was fairly dry, but I imagine this was due to how little meat was actually on the bone. These wings have roughly half the meat you should expect at that price point.

The server was horrible Left our friend with a drink for 10 plus minutes I don’t recommend Food was not good I could keep going but you get the point Go to yard house across the way Save yourself the misery 😴

This place continues to dissapoint, the service is beyond terrible. Not one person has a clue what they’re doing, everything u ask for takes forever to come! I only ordered a kids meal for my daughter and waited over 40 min plus they forgot my drink! Never going back! Make sure u have no where to be if u go there cause u will be waiting a long time!

Service sucks. Food sucks. Everything sucks. Please don’t come to this restaurant. It needs to be redone with staff and everything or just completely closed down cause it sucks. That’s the best word to describe this place. It sucks.
Only leaving 1 star to get management to act on their service problem. My food came out relatively fast, but my girlfriend with the same exact order had to wait an additional 30 minutes and the side of tots was an extra wait too. It’s a shame, I love the food! Too bad there is a very clear service issue here. Sadly won’t return until it’s addressed.

Crazy slow service in an empty restaurant.
My waiter, Alyssa, was on her phone the whole time. I assumed that maybe the check was taking so long because this place was like Denny's and u had to bring the receipt to the front to pay. Also, I know she was on her phone, because while I waited at the host stand, every time I glanced to the side I'd see her in the small waitstaff room. I asked the front if we could get the check, and she said she'd grab our waiter to do it....Our waiter did indeed get up, only to take the food orders at the single other table on our half of the floor… which was a party of like 10 that sat down after we already finished our food. And I know she was taking their food orders because I also watched her take their drink orders 😭😭 After 10 minutes of waiting, again, I went to the front stand to ask if we could just get our check bc i wanted go home, man 😭
In total, it took two hours to leave when all we ordered was two entrees that we finished within 20 minutes. Other waiter was super super sweet but she seemed to be in charge of the opposite side of the room. This food was so expensive, and for what💀
Music was also super loud so it was difficult to sit and chat while waiting. It was playing terrible, terrible, country music.
