Went to visit on a Friday at 5pm. Restaurant was dead, only had about 6 tables seated. Took 45 minutes to get a 20 piece order of traditional wings. The wings came out hard as a rock and cold. They felt as if they were fried last week then heated up in the microwave. Sever forgot to give us refills and multiple condiments. Will NEVER GO BACK!

Where do I start I was told it would be a 15 minute wait ended up waiting almost 40 minutes. And after being seated took another 30 mins just to get our drinks and appetizers. Finally after over and hour we got our food the server didn’t even bother to ask if we needed a refill or anything else. I had to ask for our check and had too look for her to take our payment this was by far the worst service that I’ve received. They really need to work on their customer service train their employees better.

Don’t waste your time or money. We sat down instantly which was great. Met our server, she took our drink orders. It took 30 minutes just to get our drinks. The ice in my margarita was completely melted and husband received a very flat beer that was clearly sitting for some time. The food came out faster than the drinks, but the queso dip was very cold. The French fries were chewy, definitely not fresh. My wing flavor was good though. Unfortunately, there were quite a few flats that were so small and way overcooked so there was no edible meat on them anymore. We also got charged for a $4.49 iced tea that we never ordered, but we already paid and didn’t want to deal with it. I love BWW, but will never go back to this location.

I have ordered delivery from this Buffalo Wild Wings numerous times and I don’t believe I’ve ever gotten the correct order. You can see in the attached image that they didn’t get either of the traditional wing sauces correct. Whether it’s forgetting items, mixing up sauces, or even wing types they just can’t keep their orders straight. I have given them multiple tries to get this right but they just can’t seem to pull through. My wings usually come cold and under sauced. This is the worst BWW location and they should just close their delivery service if they’re going to operate at such a subpar level. I will be taking my business elsewhere the next time I’m craving wings.

Terrible. Employees walked past me and didn’t acknowledge me, as I stood in front waiting to be seated for 10 minutes. They weren’t busy. The place was nearly empty. When the hostess finally came, she said the kitchen was backed up. I totally understand circumstances like this but it seems they are understaffed and over worked.
We ordered an appetizer and 10 pc wings. Food took an hour to arrive. It wasn’t even busy :/

Worst Experienece Ever!!!! Ordered Wings through the app, paid for delivery and when wings got here, disgusting! The wings tasted stale/old whatever you want to call it. When I called in to complain, they offered to remake them but I had to pick em up. After paying a delivery fee and having to wait over an hour to get the nasty wings I still would have to pick them up!! If you’re planning a movie night, stay away from this place! Will ruin your plans. Very disappointed!

Came here on a very slow Tuesday night. Walked in and place had a few people. No server at front, we waited a little bit till the lady finally came. She didn’t greet us, didn’t even look us. Just asked how many, and then walked us to the table. The sever comes over, not friendly or welcoming at all. Takes our drink order (we ordered two beers) and asked about the apps, she tells us that they only have onion rings , fried pickles and mozzarella sticks we decided to do it anyway to try it out. We sat there for at least another 5 to 10 minutes. She finally came to take her real order. Still never got our earrings or appetizers. Waited another 5 to 10 minutes. Brings all the food out no silverware no napkins still no beers then she tells us they are gonna pour beers soon and I asked for water she’ll bring silverware never saw her again for a long time As we finish our Food we noticed the table across from us was able to order chips off the appetizer menu and they were sitting there questioning how they got the chips when we were told that they didn’t have any for the appetizers. It’s really disappointing that how quiet this place was that everyone seemed to not be in a hurry or welcoming, or even carry that thing worked here. We will not be returning to this place based on service alone, especially if you’re a very quiet evening.
