If I could give 0 stars I would I waited over 20 mins to get my food when I arrived at the correct pick up time then I’m told the bottles of flavor I ordered are out of stock and cannot get a refund immediately seems like they always are out of stock at this location I come to this location because it’s closer to my home but I would rather go somewhere else

Don’t come here if you want to eat. Showed up on a Friday night around 5:30 PM, hoping for a date night. Instead we were greeted by absolutely NO ONE. The bartender was looking down the whole time. Two workers walking like zombies in the back room. Never looked up. Two big families walked out. I started walking around to see if anyone was eating. They weren’t. Teenagers were literally laying down at their tables because they’d been waiting so long. Finally after about 15 minutes a young lady comes out and asks my name. I give it to her and ask if they have cooks and servers. She said… and I quote…”We have two serves who SHOULD be on their way in”. SHOULD be? K, let’s go next door babe. We left and so did the families behind me. This place won’t be in business much longer. That’s a promise.

Went to dine in and sat at the bar. After a few minutes of standing and looking at us, the bartender asked us to pull out our IDs. He then left and never spoke to us again, even though he began serving people who came in after us. Nobody else spoke to us, even after trying to get staff attention. We finally left after around 20 minutes of sitting and waiting. I understand if it was crowded or extremely short staffed, but like I said, those who came in after us were receiving mixed drinks and appetizers while we hadn’t even ordered waters!

The food and atmosphere is just as great as any other location but the service is absolutely atrocious. I have ordered multiple times online and in person and the wait times are always astronomically longer than what they claim it to be. I think the entire management of this location needs to be changed because there are far too many reviews all stating the same issues.
Gay fr we waited like an hour for cold food, we made a tower with all the water we knocked down while waiting. Good experience with the boys, not the best place to go though :(

Came here for lunch. I ordered 20 boneless wings. Wild sauce, Jammin jalapeño, Hot BBQ, Asian zing. Came with a good amount of ranch. Also got myself a tall Blue Moon. All of it made it a fantastic lunch.

Servers do not take your order anymore, no physical menus, and take forever. By the time my well done wings came, the person I was with had already finished their wings. After they brought out the first set of wings, it took an additional 20 minutes to get my meal. Supposed to receive an appetizer but it came with the first set of wings and was cold. Wings don’t serve to you very fresh here and this is multiple times of me going there. Who am I tipping when no one takes my order or even brings me the check. Such a bummer.
