I been in so many bdubs but on my visit is was busy so I get they take longer getting the food out but the wings just not good it was dry and barely sauce but my respect to the manager he was supper nice and help us out even tho he messed up with the check 😅
By far worst store I’ve been to in all the years eating here . Everytime I mobile somethin is incorrect don’t receive things I pay for etc. wrong flavor, smashed food, missing food. Then call and they do nothin to fix the problem even after bag CONFIRMS with an employee signs off on that everything Is in the bag. Yet when I receive it it clearly is not. They won’t even offer reimbursement or refund just to go back to the store to replace the order.
Came into the location for date night with my wife and we had an amazing time. The server/bartender we had (Oscar is an amazing employee and made our experience way better than last time we came by) was very welcoming and made the experience worth coming back. Would recommend asking for him as a server/bartender when he works. The food was excellent and the wedges/tots were well made.
