Was served my order 1 min after I ordered so I asked the girl if they were fresh she was rude said it was..but they were cold..I asked how long it takes to make she said 10 mins..I proceeded to ask her if she can make new ones as I didn't mind waiting..she was super rude don't know her name but has blue hair...says it'll take 6 mins..she then proceeds to give me my wings burnt and dry so I asked for extra sauce cuz at this point no way she's gonna make it again..definitely not a pleasant experience. And she needs to learn how to communicate and act professionally with said customers

I bought a combo meal with 4 PC boneless wings and they give me scrumbs I spoke with the server and told him that they give me left overs and he respond I'll give your money back instead of trying to make another order he doesnt care about the costumers satisfaction or try to solve the issue he solved with an easy way out for me very discomfort and obviously ill never recommend this place to eat in Tyler mall poor customer and food service!!

Sandwich that I bought was made completely wrong. There was an excessive amount of nacho cheese in the sandwich which was simply unenjoyable. Employees seemed like they were all having a bad day tired and maybe wanting to go home. Would not recommend this place at all. They only refunded for half of their disgusting sandwich they had made me. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Save your time and some money and eat elsewhere.

Just ordered the medium Philly cheese steak combo.. first time trying this place.. I can honestly say I'm hooked.. ate in my car at the mall, when I opened the box everything was still nice and hot and really look delicious.. definitely coming back ???

We don’t have them often but when we do they are always they are always so delicious! The large is big bought for my husband and I to split. The Meat, Mushrooms, Onion and Bell Pepper grilled to perfection and topped with a generous amount of cheese. The combination is so yummy! Try it!! ?

Man, I always come here every time I go to Tyler Mall. Order the same thing, a kid's meal, chicken strips to be precise. Everything was ok til then, except when I get my meal it is half the size of fries I normally get. When I asked the lady about it she said "That's how it supposed to be, smaller than regular size" and I was like "Excuse me I always order the same thing and never gotten so little" so she took my meal and added some leftover burnt fries that tasted awful. Sadly, I won't be coming back to this place after many pleasant experiences because of one bad one.

I don't typically write reviews but the way I was treated today by the supervisor/lead was absolutely disgusting. A mother and her two girls (ages between 3 and 5) was short $3 for her meal. I gave her what she was short, then ordered my own meal. While waiting for my meal the young man behind the counter leaned over and told me; "Just so you know, you're not allowed to pay for someone else's meal. They can kick you out or press charges for that. You're fine this time but if you do it again, I'll have to tell security."Are you kidding me? What kind of human threatens someone for helping someone pay for their food?When I finally did receive my food, the chicken was dry and burnt, the sandwich was falling apart and I found a piece of hair in it.I can not help but think they messed up my meal on purpose after the interaction.

The employee that works there with long blonde hair - His name is Christian. came to my home and stole items - You should not being employee people that will soon have criminal records unless they return my items.

Ate here for the first time ever last week. Wow, was I impressed. I got the steak with onion straws and bbq sauce, and oh man I dream about going back to get another one! Five stars for sure and two thumbs up!
