We don’t have them often but when we do they are always they are always so delicious! The large is big bought for my husband and I to split. The Meat, Mushrooms, Onion and Bell Pepper grilled to perfection and topped with a generous amount of cheese. The combination is so yummy! Try it!! ?

Man, I always come here every time I go to Tyler Mall. Order the same thing, a kid's meal, chicken strips to be precise. Everything was ok til then, except when I get my meal it is half the size of fries I normally get. When I asked the lady about it she said "That's how it supposed to be, smaller than regular size" and I was like "Excuse me I always order the same thing and never gotten so little" so she took my meal and added some leftover burnt fries that tasted awful. Sadly, I won't be coming back to this place after many pleasant experiences because of one bad one.

My wife and I Absolutely love Philly cheesesteaks and Charley's does a decent job of satisfying that craving. This time I ordered the bourbon, Philly cheesesteak, which had a sweet and pungent tang to it, and comes with tomatoes and onion straws. My wife just ordered the regular Philly cheesesteak, which is also pretty good. We also went with the cheese fries and a large lemonade. The young people that work there are very kind and accommodating. Although I dig their food, and I do have a nostalgic appreciation for Tyler mall, the experience wasn't anything out of the ordinary.

I don't typically write reviews but the way I was treated today by the supervisor/lead was absolutely disgusting. A mother and her two girls (ages between 3 and 5) was short $3 for her meal. I gave her what she was short, then ordered my own meal. While waiting for my meal the young man behind the counter leaned over and told me; "Just so you know, you're not allowed to pay for someone else's meal. They can kick you out or press charges for that. You're fine this time but if you do it again, I'll have to tell security."Are you kidding me? What kind of human threatens someone for helping someone pay for their food?When I finally did receive my food, the chicken was dry and burnt, the sandwich was falling apart and I found a piece of hair in it.I can not help but think they messed up my meal on purpose after the interaction.

0/10 rating. I hate to say it but honestly this location needs to retrain employees or something. Went earlier today and started ordering. During my order, I asked the cashier 2x to switch my 'small' to 'regular' and she said no because the order was already being prepared. But I wasn't even finished ordering and paying. I know the workers might be trying to push out the orders fast to worry about other work but you can't just tell paying customers they can't order what they want.

If I could give them a 0 I definitely would!!!! Worse service I've ever experienced in general! Who ever worked today all had bad customer service. I literally left without getting any food because right off the bat I got shitty service. I use to love y'all but y'all suck now.

Terrible. Stopped by on Sunday at 11am when they should've been open already. Lights were all off and no employee in sight. Figured they must be running late, so I walked around and came back at 11:30am. Same thing - lights off and no staff present, until I spotted an employee (assumed he was an employee since he had a Charleys shirt) chatting it up with his friends by the food court seating area. The kid was so immersed in his conversation he didnt notice me. I ended up leaving without being able to order anything.

$17 for a veggie delight which was nothing but onions and wilted lettuce! It's supposed to have mushrooms in place of meat and costs the same. Ridiculous waste of money. So I'd call it Philly's worst. Fries were half cooked. I can't believe they would serve this to people.
