Every single time a nightmare. No matter how may employees there are working, no matter how long the line is… there will always only be ONE person making the food. It’s actually insane.

Weekdays evenings have the best food and service. This location is the only reliable chipotle in town.

Eh! Staff looks annoyed! Not welcoming at all. Order placed, arrived on time.. not a single person in restaurant, waiting 15 extra mins… just to get online order. Also, extra rice? I don’t think so! Super small portions!!!!!!!!!!!!! Eh will not return. Ever!

Awful!! Will never go to this location again. The counter and everything where they make your food was so disgusting and dirty the chicken had no flavor and the salsa was completely watered down!!! It didn’t even have the right look or consistency let alone there was no flavor. Clearly this location is cutting every corner that they can. No thank you I’m so glad there is another location at trautwein. I will be going to that location from now on. Save yourself a wasted trip find a different location. The food here isn’t even what chipotle represents.

Food bowl was way too salty. It was barely edible. Workers need to taste the food before selling it, and make sure it is fresh.

I regret coming to this location EVERY time!!! Not sure why I keep giving it a chance. My daughter is OBSESSED with Chipotle so we are frequent patrons. Even she is willing to skip out on her favorite meal when it comes to this location. Not sure if it’s constantly understaffed, or just poorly staffed. I see a total of 7 employees but only one is preparing food for guest & they have 10 people in line & floors are filthy. PLEASE fix this location so we can enjoy our visit/ meal. Staff is friendly but I am sure they deal with plenty of frustrated customers.

Ordered a burrito today for pickup , when I got my order the bottom of the bag was wet , when I grabbed my burrito the foil was wet and when I opened to the burrito it was poorly wrapped guac and sour cream was all over the burrito it looked like it was just thrown together and thrown in the bag . What makes it worse is management is no where to be found I even called in to speak to someone and couldn’t be connected

Food poisoned again. Do not eat here. The honey chipotle chicken was rancid for both me and my friend who ate it. Not to mention it was highly understaffed, and the tables were messy and the workers did not care and acted like they really didn’t wanna be there at all. This place was a nightmare.
