There’s always multiple employees walking around the kitchen and only one employee helping the customers, and There is one employee checking customers out at the register.

The line today specifically took 18 minutes. Maybe if there was more than one person

This is the 1st time I ate a delicious brown rice, not dry at all . The portions are better than other places I've tried and the meat is tender and delicious.

They need to hire more staff. It is always very understaffed. Often there is one person working or maybe two at the container and register. This person is also checking online orders.

13 bucks for a spoonfull of meat and a bowl of rice save you time and money go to wabagrill

Please make me a decent burrito and stop putting less meat inside of it and rice and beans and Please stop making a mess with the sour cream I hate sour cream tastes nasty when you mix it with the corn

1. Let's start off with the portions they gave the smallest scoop of meat ever, I asked for two scoops of rice and beans the second scoop was very small for each.
2. The counter was dirty a lot of the food was spilled over and they didn't even try to clean it not to mention some of the rice was a little bit crunchy and old.
3. The staff seemed so burdened by doing their job like everyone here is miserable they had an attitude.
4. The tables were dirty they don't even attempt to wipe them down not to mention the drink station area is also dirty and sticky.

I do not recommend anyone coming here find another restaurant or another Chipotle the amount of money you pay for the portions is ridiculous you're basically paying 12 plus dollars for a burrito that's mostly rice.

I use to love this location but the day I stopped in it was pretty mediocre at best. I ordered salad and the container sitting there had scraps of willy looking greens left so I told her to please go get fresh...isn't that there commercial motto? Then I waited for someone to come out and let me pay. Service was super SLOW, the line was to the door with only one person making the orders. The guy that finally walked out to ring me up didn't apologize for the slow service or for waiting for him to come out so I could pay to leave. He came out from the backroom and looked annoyed at having to do his job. I guess Chipotle has gone downhill, sadly.

They should shut this down and do a service to the space. Very unclean environment, service is extremely slow even for pickups. A spot like this deserves a better business.

How is this Chipotle still in business? Every time I think, I'm going to give this place a shot again - they're always out of stuff & the cleanliness is lacking. And once again I remember why I don't come here.

Every single time a nightmare. No matter how may employees there are working, no matter how long the line is… there will always only be ONE person making the food. It’s actually insane.
