At 5:30pm, a worker announced that they were no longer baking and the only item available for purchase was some type of cinnamon donut hole.If the advertised closing time is at 6pm, customers should be served until 6pm. If baking is going to stop at 5:30pm, change your posted times.

I can't stand the customer service here. I don't know where these reviews get " great service " from but it's such a disappointment. The buns are borderline raw and the manager or the lead is always having such a miserable look on her face. She can't even smile or acknowledge that you are there. Every time I say ." Thank you" she just doesn't make eye contact and the slightest " Uh huh" comes out. Terrible. How did this place hire such a miserable a$$ person to work at a great bun place. Go find another job if your life is miserable.

I have had Cinnabon for pretty much my whole life even at this location. However the quality was abysmal on my most recent visit and frankly I'll never eat Cinnabon again. Old stale and very skimpy on the frosting.

Someone stole my atm card and used it at the Cinnabon in Tyler Mall. I spoke with a couple of reps that was there at the time. Everyone was very concerned and attentive to my situation. I was immediately offered a refund and any additional assistance that I needed. I want to thank them for their great customer service, and promptness with issuing my refund.

Total scam! Asked for a 6 pack and was told none were available, however they had just pulled multiple trays of 6 rolls out of the oven. When I pointed this out, I was told those would be nearly double the price because the weren't cold yet and had to be sold as individual rolls. Same product, so this is a way to overcharge the customer and increase profits.

One bite was all it took to convince me that I needed to have a full-sized roll for myself, as if I wasn't already going to do that. As I took my first bite of the warm, gooey roll, I was transported to heaven. The soft, fluffy dough was packed with cinnamon and sugar, and the cream cheese frosting was rich and creamy. Each bite was pure bliss, and I couldn't help but close my eyes and savor the deliciousness.But the best part was yet to come. As I finished the last bite of my Cinnabon, I noticed that the center of the roll was extra ooey and gooey. It was like a little surprise of pure, sugary goodness, and it was the perfect finishing touch to an already amazing treat.In short, Cinnabon is a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth. The delicious, ooey gooey cinnamon rolls are pure indulgence, and I can't wait to go back for more.
My wife and my daughter went to the Tyler mall Christmas Eve for some last minute things ,we entered the mall and saw a Cinnabon store ,we decided let's grab a box before we start our journey in the mall ,I've been going to Cinnabon at least 15 years now and have never had a experience like I did Christmas Eve ,that crew there were unbelievable ,they gave me an extra box at no charge ,extra cream cheese topping ,these guys and gals were super friendly in a great mood ,the owners of this establishment should be proud to have these employees working with them,with all the hustle and bustle going on these people had great attitudes 5 stars Cinnabon !I hope these employees don't get in trouble for giving me those extras.

Bought 2 Pecan Buns to enjoy this evening. Both buns were half done and were very disappointed.Make sure the food is cooked properly otherwise you can get sick.
