came in last week and ordered the coffee lovers only.. i asked the girl who served me for her name and i think her name was lucy since i didnt see a name tag. she was very kind! made me want to visit again :)

My mom and I stopped by for a sweet treat and the workers here were lovely and patient. We chose to pick our ice cream from their signature creations and my mom went with the German chocolate cake while I picked the mud pie mojo. Both of our cups were packed to the brim with ice cream and after tasting both, I have to say the mud pie was my favorite since it was both creamy, sweet, and savory. The German chocolate cake is pretty good too but it fills like it’s missing something, not sure what.

Always good choices

Never order from this Cold Stone from a delivery service. Every time I add a mix in they remove an item that comes from the ice cream by default. OR they don't add the mix in and miss and item. I tried to get an ice cream with cookie dough ice cream by default. I added extra to make sure it was in there...there was none. This has happened way to many times.

Got an ice cream cake from here. I forget the name of the cake but basically it's an awesome cake with snickers.1 word: Amazing. The cake normally would have fed everyone and had some left over but that never happened. Everyone wanted a second slice! One of the kids picked the plate it was on clean!I can't wait to have to get another cake like this, still licking my lips after eating that slice.Also special shout out to Jocelyn for making and the manager Omar for suggesting and taking my order.

The cakes are amazing. The ice cream is amazing. Service is top notch! We got a chocolate cake and it wasn't overly sweet and it was so beautifully decorated, everything I wanted! We love the birthday cake remix and no other location ever puts enough rainbow sprinkles, they are always super generous with the mix-ins! Super clean too.

So, I love ice cream and Cold Stone didn't let me down. We ordered multiple servings and I was surprised at how fast and accurately our server made them. She smiled too. We had one with a nut allergy and she was careful to make the last one separately to avoid contamination. She was well versed in the allergy protocol. We hope to go again!

Honestly, there is no fault with the ice cream, it’s always been good and consistent. However, every single time we go without fail my spouse asks for a cone, and the attendant confirms what kind, but they literally never serve us one. They throw it in a cup and push it to us quickly. We try our best to be as easy a customer as possible but without fail they treat us like we’re a burden and like we’re annoying them. I don’t know if we’re just ordering wrong or something, so we just started ordering pick up instead.
