I've been a loyal patron of Crave for about four years now, visiting almost every Friday for my usual order: a Nitro accompanied by a bagel topped with cream cheese, avocado, and tomato. However, over my last few visits, I've noticed a recurring issue – missing cream cheese. Given that I usually order to-go and only realize the omission once I'm on my way to work, it's been quite frustrating.During my recent visits, I've made a point to check my order at the counter, only to find, yet again, no cream cheese on my bagel. Politely, I brought it up to one of the female baristas, expecting a completed order. However, despite her acknowledgment, she simply handed me a small tub of cream cheese and called my order ready. When I questioned why it wasn't applied to the bagel as requested, she seemed irritated, suggesting that making a new bagel would be too much trouble.Feeling somewhat exasperated by the exchange, I expressed my disappointment and left without further confrontation. As a frequent customer who visits at least once or twice a week, tipping generously and always treating the staff with respect, I felt disregarded and undervalued. It's disheartening to receive such treatment, especially given my consistent patronage and courteous demeanor.Regrettably, after this experience, I've decided to explore other coffee options. While I've enjoyed Crave in the past, the inconsistency in service, particularly when the head barista isn't present, has led me to seek out a new spot. It's a shame, as I genuinely appreciated the atmosphere and offerings at Crave. Here's to hoping for better experiences elsewhere.Cheers,

I made a mobile order at 11am, came inside at about 1115. At 1125 I overheard them said there a mobile order but take your time. It wasn’t until I came up to the counter and asked where my coffee was that they started making it. I didn’t leave until 1140+ . Highly recommend just ordering from the counter.Dietary restrictions: They did offer different milk options which was very nice.

I was greeted with a perfunctory welcome. Took a quick look around the place to get my bearings, then approached the counter. I was not greeted, so I spoke first. Explaining it was my first time here, I asked for a recommendation. The young lady recommended the white mocha as a sweet option, and vanilla lavender or honey cinnamon as more unusual offerings. I opted for the white mocha, which may be the best I’ve ever had. I forgot I needed a little breakfast, so I asked the same young lady for a bear claw. It’s very good, but actually has blueberry and cream inside. So a bit unusual. In my interactions with the server, she was helpful, but not especially polite or friendly. She seemed impatient. Perhaps they warm up to repeat customers, but as a newcomer, I didn’t feel especially welcome. I did find the coffee beans I was after, but I likely won’t be back if I’m just looking for coffee on the go.

Uptown Grooming Lounge
Our team frequently orders Crave coffee and we absolutely love their bagel sandwiches and coffee drinks! Each coffee drink is so well balanced and their oat milk substitute tastes so good! Highly recommend this coffee shop!Dietary restrictions: Excellent oat milk used in coffee drinks.

It was the worse service ever today. Got 2 hot coffee, hazelnut and vanilla latte. Ordered the 16oz (both of them) and the girl give two of 12oz and when i told them i ordered 16oz she had the biggest attitude. She took it back and took 20min extra to "remake" and when i check it was half of the 16oz cup. I dont think she even made a new one. I think she just dump it to a bigger cup. Dont do customer service if youre going to have attitude to a customer that was nice to you. I didnt even complain, i simply said i ordered 2 16oz. Never going back. Now im in a bad mood, it taste like burnt coffee. Gross!!

Coffee is amazing. The muffin tasted as if it sat in the refrigerator over night or even an entire day. Prepare for a lengthy wait time. Overall would go back for the coffee.
Great little place with fantastic service and huge bakery items. The coffee and smoothie drinks were delightful and the huge cream cheese danish was enough for 2!

I had a meeting right across from this place and wasn't sure what to order. The server Audrey was super nice and helped me, I was looking for a strong cold coffee with oat milk. I ordered a cold brew with a splash of oat milk and spiced brown sugar. It was very good. I'll be back when I am in the area.

Would definitely recommend this coffee shop. Staff was very friendly and environment was clean. Bagel was so soft and buttery. I got the white mocha a tad bit sweet for my liking but it was still very delicious. Will be coming back

The iced latte was so good as was the bagel sandwich! They were out of a few things but I would definitely go back another time!

Cashier was dry. Esp, after asking her if she had a physical menu due to a vision impairment, she said no and we shared a moment of awkward silense. So yeah print some menus out plz drinks were good tho! I got an iced coffee with spiced brown sugar :)
