We have had breakfast and lunch at Crest Cafe many times and usually have had decent service and food. This visit however we had terrible service. We had to go and find our server to order our drinks and then again to order our food. Our food then took a very long time to arrive. If this was our first visit, we would definitely not be going back ever again. Hopefully they will retrain or replace servers that are just not doing a good job.

This place has some great (very creative) food, and is a great choice for breakfast (served all day), lunch or dinner. They have pancakes, waffles, French toast, omelets and more (that's just bkf)!

Me and my sister felt very neglected eating here. When we sat at the table and asked for a water we haven't received any for 30 minutes, until after they came out with my food. We chose the chicken fried steak since it was worth the money, compared to 3 pancakes with no sides for $16... but then when we ate the food, the eggs were cold and the hasbrowns were very droopy. The steak was decent and the toasted sourdough bread. We were unable to finish my whole meal and didn't take it to go. So when we wanted to pay, we sat for around an hour just for a waitress to come assist us in any way. (They do not like eye contact) is what I'm assuming since we haven't experienced any service since they brought out the food. We finally paid which we were mostly reluctant since it was low quality. Couldn't wait to go home to relieve myself and eat something else to cleanse my stomach. Would not dine here again.
Not the greatest food. I Ordered the sandwich and soup combo Got a turkey bacon sandwich that only had one strand of bacon, and semi warm turkey ham. I returned it and got a veggie sandwich that was better. My boyfriend ordered the chicken burrito that was basically all rice, and apart from that, it also came with a side of rice. Barely any chicken. And it’s boiled chicken. Not grilled.

There's no designated area or person to assist with takeout orders. Two employees approached me about the pick up order Some employees were helpful, friendly, others not so much. Packaging of takeout, problematic for liquids.
