First time here. With a bit of training to staff for customer service, you could gain couple of additional stars!
Brisket was good. Chicken was dry and the lady didn't know why they have crispy chicken on the menu. A lot to do for the cleanness of the place.

This place is absolutely gross! It is by far the most filthy restaurant I've ever been in! Bathroom looks as if hasn't been cleaned in multiple weeks maybe even multiple months w heavy odor and grime in toilet. Absolutely disgusting. The soda fountain has rotting particles in bottom over flow tray. Super super gross place, totally neglects cleaning all together. Will never come back ever again! I will say the food was good and service was good. This is my honest review. DO NOT GO HERE! Now I am wondering if I will be sick...

First and last time coming to this location I went to have dinner after a movie with my family the cashier very blunt and not helpful they were out of alot things according to her food and drinks the ribs were very very salty we didn't even eat then or bother to say anything because they wouldn't have done anything about it ! Very bad overall experience at this specific location if the owner cares about customers service he needs to make changes asap.

First time trying this place and I can genuinely say it’s overhyped. Ordered the 3 meat platter with brisket, pulled pork, and the ribs. It came with Mac and cheese and the mashed potatoes. The meat was all dry and unseasoned. The only thing I enjoyed with flavor was the spicy bbq sauce, the mashed potatoes, and the piece of bread it comes with. $40 for unseasoned food and small portions is wild.

EVIL STANK

Wow, really bad. Ordered online and the food was cold and just not good. I ordered a brisket sandwich with fries, it was literally a stale dry bun with cold chopped meat. No sauce whatsoever. The fries where really small and more like crumbs. I ordered sides of their kicking sauce, didn't even receive it. Ordered 2 drinks and got one straw with no napkins. Not that big of a deal but to me it shows their level of care.

VERY DISAPPOINTED in the quality of this very expensive food. This was the second time I have ordered several full racks of the baby back ribs and they were over cooked and VERY DRY. I hoped that I would have a better experience with my recent order but I again was very disappointed. Also the pulled pork sandwiches had alot of fat in them. I would say you can find better BBQ at almost any other restaurant. 😡

Dickies has really gone downhill! I hadn't been there in a while because the sign is always dark, it's never lit so you don't know when they're open or closed from driving past. I had just a simple brisket sandwich. Did brisket is chewy, not tender like it used to be and thick cut. Maybe not the appropriate size for a sandwich? Employees were lackadaisical, not going out of their way to assist you. There was one employee and it appeared that his job was at the register because he asked if he could help me and I said well I don't want to yell across the room to order. He didn't get it. I don't think I'll go back anytime soon.

Normally I only typically post good reviews but now I see why these restaurants are going out of business. Food was edible but not the dickeys I remember. The lady making the food barely talked, the gentleman was cordial. I definitely won’t be back.

I did an online order for convenience and accuracy. My order was completely wrong and the portions were abysmally small. We decided to give you another try after a disappointment a year or two ago, but never again. No longer surprised that the restaurant was empty when we walked in at lunch time.

To reply to their comment - I ordered a plate with chopped brisket and pulled pork, and a plate with sliced brisket and the jalapeño sausage. I received two plates with sliced brisket and jalapeño sausage. It's fair that you weigh your portions and stick to that, but it was disappointing and my items were wrong. I wouldn't have bothered to leave a review if I was just unsatisfied with the amount of food, it's the order being wrong on top of that that's frustrating. Then to claim it was triple checked? I bear some responsibility for not checking myself, I will accept that. But an employee did not single check that order.
