First time ordering food from DICKEYS. Ordered a two meat plate with two sides & Texas toast. I was asked what flavor of bbq sauce I wanted, never been here or ate at dickeys…. So I thought my two meats were gonna be smothered in bbq sauce. Seeing container my food was in you would think my two meat meal was smothered in bbq sauce. Container was disgusting dirty of sauce. Btw no smothered bbq anywhere just a little side of bbq sauce. Opened container to dry extremely dry chicken so dry the chicken looks like plastic. The Texas toast was just a piece of bread toasted on both sides no butter no seasoning, potato casserole, slaw was bland & ribs were bland and also dry. It sucks to be hungry an excited to try something new only to get home and be so disappointed.Parking: Drove around the plaza 3X’s before pulling into a spot in front of dickeys for "pick up”Ughhh so disappointing drove around 3X’s for parking only to get home and food to be completely dry & bland.

BEWARE. I should have known better after seeing the reviews summary of 3 Stars after over 300 reviews. If the owner put in any effort at all to run a respectable restaurant, then 4 Stars is usually the norm. Like so many others, I wish I could have given zero stars. Not surprisingly, awhile back, I was told by a worker two doors down that this place has the same owner as First Class Pizza next door, another rousing 3 Star restaurant.Food costs are rising and restaurant prices are going up, so save your money and go elsewhere. There were out of the menu item that I wanted. When I ordered something else, it was burnt and dried out. Don't waste your money. BEWARE.
It's been years since we ate something from Dickey's! We are only small size Mac'n Cheese and it's good and it satisfied us before we ate dinner later! We'll be coming back for nice foods to eat!! Keep up the good work!

Ordered a Picnic pack 2 days ago. When I picked up my order I did not get a chance to check inside the bag due to parking in a red zone area. (Difficult finding parking at this location) When I arrived at my destination, I checked my bag and I received the wrong size for my sides and did not get my dinner rolls. If you go to this location, check your order to make sure you got everything from your order. I spent too much money to not get my full correct order. I did attempt calling the location 4 times and got no answer.

Just had the misfortune of dining at the Dickies location in the Riverside Plaza. On a Tuesday afternoon the only meats they had available were the chicken, pulled pork, and the ribs. (Should have left right then) I got a 3 meat plate with all of the above, first mistake. The only good part of my meal was the toasted bread. The sides I ordered were mac & cheese and the baked beans. The mac looked like it had sat around for days even though it had literally just been put into a cup. The beans were ok at best, a bit cold though. The ribs were maybe 2 inches long and had no meat on them. The pulled pork was mostly fat. And the chicken was just cold and slimy. The only thing that made any of it edible was the bbq sauce. Pretty sad to say the only thing that makes the food edible. For the plate and a sandwitch combo we paid over 40 dollars. I would not advise anyone to eat at this location and I myself will not be returning. They didn't have any condements available for the sandwitches either. The pictures on the board show everything with pickles. But they don't have them. They also didn't have the yellow cups, so we were given small paper cups. I really hope to see this location either get taken over and turned around. Or just call it. Cause clearly the owners have checked out.Edit: So they replied to send them an email about my experience. I emailed them at 7AM on Nov. 1st 2023 and have yet to get a reply at nearly the end of the day.Edit 2: They have made no effort to actually contact me. They are only posting to the google reviews to try and save face. Dont waste your money here. There are plenty of better places to go.

This used to be great bbq, but in the last couple months something’s happened. The meat is slightly less than average now and used to have a great flavor. Potato casserole used to be chunky with cheese, chives and now it taste like flaked potato’s (add water), the green beans used to be my favorite (they were the Italian larger beans with bacon) and now they are the smaller de monte can beans, the curly hair kid seems like a smart kid but doesn’t seem to show that he loves his job. Not sure what happened with this location but it used to be great. Let’s hope it either gets better or closes and a more prideful establishment replaces it.
