Terrible customer service tonight by one of the two manager's on staff. Never had any issues with others and always had a pleasant, easy going experience. Suggest management take some good mannerism coursing and watch the "eye rolling" demeanor and attitude.

I was having a very difficult afternoon, due to personal reasons however when I walked in to the shop despite the boarded doors, I was welcomed by this little Asian girl with red hair . She helped by recommending the winter melon milk tea and right after I ordered it came out so fast! It was so yummy and I would definitely come back with my loving husband next time.10 out of 10 would recommend.

This was the 2nd time I've been here. The first was through a mobile order via DoorDash, and I think it right around the time they had opened. It was a pretty great experience then, they're fast, they're friendly. The inside seating area is clean, welcoming, and open. My tea was actually out by the time I had sat down. It was QUICK. It's kind of insane! It was good, except I found *some* of the boba in my cup tasting not-so-fresh? I'm definitely going to give it a 3rd try here to settle that for myself. I'm much more of a black tea drinker (heh), but I think I'll try some of their green next time with boba to see if I run into the same issue. To be clear, it's minor, but something I noticed - it's what prevents a 5-star.Absolutely not a place I would sleep on though, come on through. Riverside has a few decent boba tea spots now, and this is one of them.

Keep note that they are moving this summer and the restrooms aren't open to the public. I wasn't sure what to order, so I asked which drink had the most caffeine that was not super sweet. The black tea does, and the sweetness can be adjusted. I ended up ordering the Hokkaido latte. I liked it.
Stopped by Ding Tea in Riverside for the first time after having dinner at a restaurant next door. Though the visit was initially made out of convenience of the location, my drink was definitely a home run and Ding Tea was an awesome find in this area of the IE. My drink was crafted well, service was friendly and quick, and the price point was fair for the product. Definitely a solid option to get your boba fix in this area of Riverside.Ding Tea Riverside is located on University Avenue. They have a small, free parking lot for easy access to stop in. At the time of my visit, there were a few customers. Some were sitting hanging out and enjoying their drinks, others were waiting for their order to finish being made. They have a small area for people to sit and hang out, otherwise, most people seemed to take their orders to go. I had a regular size taro milk tea with boba. The boba was a great texture and tasty. The drink itself was good as well. I asked for reduced sugar and the drink was still a still a little sweet, but it was good nonetheless. Staff was quick to craft the drink, so I appreciated the short wait time. Definitely the perfect way to end my night!

Love the golden boba! The boba is always soft and chewy, just how it should be. My personal favorites are the jasmine milk tea, strawberry milk tea, and monster milk tea. The service is always extremely fast. My order is always out within a minute after paying.

This boba tea place has decent prices for its drinks. The inside is nicely decorated and has a lot of seating for hanging out and enjoying drinks. I ordered the hazelnut milk tea. The tea was alright and I thought the boba was great. Even though there were a lot of people when I visited, the drink came out fast.
