Its no longer opened. Kinda haunted now tbh
Really nice and quiet space a bit of an underrated gem near ucr. When I went there was no one inside.
Boba was good I got the most basic option as it was my first time here. The tapioca pearls were chewy although a bit flavorless.
Service was outstanding the guy at the counter was very friendly and nice my drink was made in 2 minutes and he gave me the wifi password.
Parking: Lots of parking in the lot on the side of the building
