This is the second time we order Pizza and takes longer than expected. Also when pizza was ready for curbside pickup employees was rude, no greeting not thank you.. not a great service

This Domino’s location is just disappointing. I ordered one large Extravaganzza pizza and one medium pan pizza. Both pizzas were prepared with no love. The toppings were not evenly distributed, there was barely any cheese as if they were running low on it, and to top it off, they weren’t cooked long enough and not cut evenly.

As we all know, costs are up due to inflation. I expect people to take accountability and do their job right to make sure people at least get what they paid high $$ for. The pizzas I received that night were disappointing, and I will not order from this location again.

The only critique I have is about the ease of using the website. There was a great offer on pizza but it was only available if we order online. Why not by phone???
However, the young lady working (2/27 Thursday night, at 9 pm) was WONDERFUL! Kind and sweet. She assisted me with the order. Great employees are an asset and they MUST BE PRAISED. She is the reason I will go back, and next time I will make sure to get her name. Despite the fact that online ordering was a bit complicated, she made the experience for an extremely tired worker mom amazing. Thank you!

I recently had a mediocre experience with this Domino's. My wife ordered the wrong pizza through the app, and we tried calling for over 5 minutes to get it corrected. When someone finally answered, they were pretty rude. While I understand the app is meant to streamline the process, it’s often better to have a quick, friendly human interaction when issues arise. The lack of good customer service over the phone really impacted the overall experience. Additionally, the prices don't match the quality of the food. I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for, and in this case, it didn’t add up. Unfortunately, my wife and I will no longer be customers of this pizza place.

Placed an order for pick up and app said it was ready. Went in and they didn’t even bother to look and told me it would almost be out. Sat down for 10 mins and got up again to ask. They asked what my name was and gave me my pizza. They got it from the place I was looking at when I asked the first time. The pizza was ready and just sitting there. But they didn’t even bother to look. Terrible service and then they don’t even acknowledge you once they tell you to wait. Just wasted 10 mins sitting there for no reason when the pizza was ready.

OH HOW I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THIS PLACE DESERVES!!! A young male who was Caucasian and would not release his name to me has been inappropriate with me for the last two hours on the phone. He was yelling at me on the phone, interrupting me, he was telling me that his name was none of my business, and proceeded to hang up on me multiple times. This is beyond unacceptable, unprofessional, and discriminatory as I am disabled. I don't find this behavior amusing, not do I find it funny. My child is hungry and I was trying to order food from a place I have been buying pizza from for many years. In 25 years of doing business with Dominoes and I have never experienced such maltreatment and abuse ever!!! I feel embarrassed for this company, and they need to me so mindful of the people they employ. At the end of the day, this is a form of abuse, emotional and in some cases financial. I'm not the one!!!!! I'm definitely not the one.

Food is great and the only reason it got any stars. For some reason, we have been put on the naughty list??.. Went to order food, and our card name has been changed to ungrateful!!!!! Not by us.. We give cash tips, and we are not sure why we get this treatment. It's not cool. Here's a ?!! I know we are only one customer, and just us not ordering from them again doesn't hurt, but damn.

Don’t order from here. They steal ur money and refuse pizza.

Ordered pizza today. It had been sitting over 1.5 hours. I asked why they never answer their phone ? I called numerous times. No answer. 4 people nobody can answer on a Sunday ? It wasn’t even busy in store. Upon arrival the bigger woman was like “were refunding ur order “ I asked for a cash refund she declined. Declined to give us her name. Or a valid real receipt the one she issued was a paper that said “bad” on it. Nothing els nothing of what was charged or refunded. When asked to give us proper receipt. She gives ur her crusty little attitude & left w. No receipt. maaam don’t steal people’s money and pizza. If ur hungry we woood have fed our neighbor. Like then she wants to say she doesn’t have to give her name n no manager wanted to speak to us. So at the end of it all. No food. No refund. No remake. Just all attitude. U work at dominoes lower your pride. I’m questioning why management hasn’t fired this individual as I’m sure I’m not the only one purposely removed her name from whatever paper she gave me still not showing a refund. Only showing. That they charged me. I feel like calling the police at this point. U took my money and food ? Crazy world crazier management allowing this behavior this place has negative reviews only

I watched as a worker used his fingers to try and fix my pizza. It came out of the oven and he placed it on the circular stone, then didn't scrape it all off onto the box, so some of the crust fell off. He put the piece of crust back underneath the pizza then used his fingers to try and fix the toppings. They were already behind so I wasn't going to ask for another and the kids were hungry. Plus, the employees were not friendly at all, and ignored/skipped over me until I spoke up. When I got home I told my wife and she was completely disgusted and angry. We ended up not eating it all, complete waste.
