Worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. Wait time for our food was extremely long, food plates came out in sections and some incomplete we had to keep asking them to please bring us the rest of the food my daughters plate came until we complained to one of the managers and by then everyone else was done eating (about an hour of when we had ordered). We had ordered 2 orders of fried fish that came with rice and beans, well the rice and beans never came and the two fish came in one plate😒. I was aware that it was a busy day because it was Mexican Mothers Day and we expected a bit of a delay but this was just horrible poor and unacceptable service.

I wasn't given an opportunity to eat because the workers were terrible and unexpectedly rude. We came in yesterday with a large group after a funeral. There were at least 20 of us maybe 30 and we understood that it was a large group and were thankful they could accommodate us. There is a large room in back that was empty and the hostess sat us in there. Then it went bad. We were told we all had to be on the same bill. So we asked if we sit at different table can you group us like that to pay by table? They said no and if we don't like it we can leave. It was the woman behind the bar with blond hair that was the worst. Honestly it felt like they didn't want to work. They would rather lose the at least $1000 they would have received. I honestly can hardly believe it, imagine a restaurant telling us we can leave? It's surreal.

The waitresses don't have much
experience and service leaves much to be desired

Went to this place last night and I could tell you it really has gone downhill. For the price of the plates, I would have expected better cooked food. One thing I noticed was they tip themselves a 20% gratuity and also charge a credit card fee equivalent to 4% and expect you to come in with an additional tip. Won't be going back to this place.

If you get a chance to go here, sit at the bar. It is a show watching the gentleman making the drinks. We arrived early before the party and sat there. Food was awesome, we had the nachos the whole table was eating them before our food came. We were a large party. 17 of us. The service was AWESOME!!!!!

Unfortunately the music game-a-fication with the Ami app got ruined by the staff choosing which music got played low and which got blasted. Definitely not Democratic, maybe American Democracy. Which ruins any atmosphere. The worst thing was waiting for 1hr 20mins to get food lol, I can see they’re all working hard. Cause when we got up to leave the food came out. At least we had time to Christmas shop online.
