This location had counter people with the personalities of robots that weren’t programmed for customer service. Got a 2-piece meal, asked for 2 salads, an extra side of dressing and chips instead of tortillas. I got my chicken, salads with no chips and no dressing. Can’t believe that the counterperson (male mid-40’s) can’t get a to go order properly filled, nor can the QC doesn’t double check to go orders. Looks like I’ll have to pick up the slack with these employees...read full review
